I booked a service for my ebike online
I booked a service for my ebike online, I got a call from Melbourne powered the day before I was to take my ebike in & they said they didn't know how I was able to book online, "must've been something wrong with their system" , then I was asked what type of ebike I had & when I explained to them what ebike it was they just said "we won't work on that. I'm not sure if their business is a new business or not but it came across as unprofessional. They also had no idea or info on where I could take my bike . I just got into ebikes so I'm hoping I get a better experience somewhere else.
