I have been attending MediZen at Sutton Coldfield for two years now.
I undergo laser treatment for unwanted hair removal and I would recommend MediZen to anyone who suffers from this problem.
My condition has improved drastically and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I have been using Medizen for a while now and have always found the service to be excellent. The staff are friendly and answer questions in great detail. Hydrafacials are amazing and Maureen is lovely.

The team at MediZen were amazing, they made me feel immediately at ease. I am such a huge fan of HydraFacial, I can't usually be bothered having a normal facial at a spa or beauty salon as I always think "I could easily do this myself at home" in fact I do every morning and evening. But this high tech facial is something I am prepared to pay for and I am always so pleased with the results! I can see how wonderful my skin looks and it feels so clean and glowing. I usually have a Hydra tight too as it doesn't take much longer. My therapist says I should have that tightening more regularly but I can see a difference anyway so its definitely worth trying. I find the whole process relaxing and it is such a great treat that has a positive affect on me every time I have it, and its not much more expensive than some of those offered at beauty salons. The clinicians obviously love the treatment too and are always really positive and wonderful. I just wish I had time to have one every week at Medizen.

As a man in my twenties, the pockets of fat around my stomach have been a source of embarrassment for quite a while. Deciding to go to MediZen wasn't an easy decision but it's one of the best I've ever made. Before they performed fat freezing, my therapist explained how the device would work and what results I was to expect. During fat freezing treatment I could feel a cold sensation on my abdomen which wasn't painful and the whole experience lasted less than an hour, after the treatment I went straight back to work. I noticed a difference after a few weeks which gradually improved after my second treatment. Brilliant results from a top clinic. Thanks for everything.

I recently went to MediZen on a recommendation from a friend as I have been considering cheek fillers and Botox for a while now. I was incredibly nervous but from first walking into the clinic the staff were very friendly and put me at ease.
I had an Vectra photo which creates a 3D image of my face for a record of my treatment results at no extra cost. I was then seen by Cathy who was very professional and outlined everything I needed to know, answered all of my questions and was able to quote me a cost. As I was happy with everything I went ahead that day.
Again I was very nervous but Cathy was great at taking my mind off of things by chatting to me. The process was not at all as bad as I thought it would be, just a mild discomfort.
I was overjoyed with the immediate results from the fillers as my cheekbones looked more defined. I was then booked in for a review in 2 weeks at no extra cost.
I will definitely be recommending MediZen to my friends and am looking forward to my final results on the Botox and seeing what other treatments they can offer me!

Dr Eccleston injected 500 units of Hyaluronidase into my lips to dissolve filler which had gone wrong. Since having the Hyaluronidase I have lost volume in my face and a lot of tissue around my eyes and my mouth. I never had hollows under my eyes, now I have very noticeable hollows and dark circles, and can now no longer where eyeliner due to my eyelids drooping. I look like I have aged years in a matter of weeks. My pores are now more pronounced, a little scar I had on my cheek is more noticeable, and my face is starting to droop. I am mortified! My family, friends and colleagues have also commented on the difference in my face, it is very noticeable.

After doing some research I now know too much Hyaluronidase was used. He should of started off with a small amount, not injected 500 units. The recommended dose is 3-75 units. He told me after in my review, which I had to request, that the reason he used 100s of units over was so he didn’t have to give me another appointment (this would of been at his expense), proof that he’s in it solely for the money not the satisfaction of his customers. He didn’t even consult with me before he decided to inject higher than the recommended dose.

When I spoke to him about this he wasn’t helpful at all. We both looked at the pictures from before and after and the difference was evident, I looked like I’d aged years in a matter weeks. He may as well of stood there telling me black was white. He will not except responsibility for what he has done to my face. He instead asked for me to do research and show him evidence that this could happen (when the evidence was there in front of him) and then send him the links.

I have since done so, which was when he admitted to injecting 100s of units over the recommended dose.

At my initial appointment he informed me that he was one of the leading specialists in correcting filler which had gone wrong, then afterwards at my review he told me that he wasn’t an encyclopaedia on Hyaluronidase and for me to do my own research and forward him the links. He hadn’t prepared for the review even though prior to my appointment I’d sent him before after photos of the damage caused.

I’m hoping it doesn’t get any worse. I cry almost every morning when I have to look in the mirror, I’ve lost all my confidence and now feel high anxiety at work. I can feel myself slipping into depression.

I just want to add; I only had the 1ml of filler in my lips, I hadn’t had anything else done on my face, therefore Hyaluronidase does dissolve natural hyaluronic acid and cause permanent damage.

I wanted to give a zero star rating, even a minius. Certainly not 1 star. I have posted before and after photos on a different site.

My previous review is an honest review. You refused to acknowledge the damage caused by injecting 100s of units over the recommended dose of hyaluronidase into my face. You did not once reach out to me (as you falsely claim), you did not once offer to assess the damage caused or to offer to try and rectify it. Instead you offered only to see me if I were to remove my review.

Dr Eccleston injected too much hyaluronidase into my face in April 2018, I gave him plenty of opportunities to assess and rectify the damage he caused to my face before I wrote my review.

It was a GP who you had trained personally who referred me to you for the hyaluronidase. He had injected the filler in the wrong place in my lips which caused it to be above my lip and not actually in my lips.

Again, you only offered to see me if I were to remove my reviews. I refused to do so as I believe this would be morally wrong. Others have a right to read honest reviews before making a potentially life changing decision.

02/02/2019 - unfortunately I am still suffering the damage caused by Dr Eccleston. I have added a photo to my profile to show ‘some’ of the damage caused.

Dr Eccleston, Nothing in my review is medically incorrect. There are papers written by highly qualified doctors stating that hyaluronidase can migrate, and cause permanent irreversible damage if not used conservatively, and used in a high dose. What exactly is medically incorrect, Dr Eccleston?

I would give no star if I can !! Had a absolutely disgusting experience!!
Booked an appointment one month ago , pushed everything back on my schedule for today. and they called me to say Doc Ecclestone had to go for another appointment !!!
My appointment today is to recheck my result, will not need to pay anything , is that the reason Doc Eccleston ? Coz you need to go to another appointment to get more money ?
If I need to reschedule in 24 hours time I need to pay £25 , but it’s ok for you to call me and rearrange it in 1 hour ???!!!!
Is that the way you treat your customers ? Is that the way you do your business? Part from money you do need some respect for your customers , Is not only you have a busy life , learn to value your customers time as well. Most unprofessional experience ever !!
