After doing my research, I thought I would invest in a good quality trolley for my small healthcare business. Unfortunately, after cleaning the trolley between patients with medical grade cleaning wipes (Clinell), the paint on the trolley started to chip and rust. I was given a replacement trolley frame and for around 6 months there was not an issue. Then again, the same thing happened to my replacement trolley frame. After numerous emails, including images and many phone calls, I have been advised they no longer make this trolley and I have been offered 10% off buying a new trolley from one of the Director's. I have rejected this offer and am yet to receive a reply from my email or a return of my phone call from any of the company directors. I have also tried to escalate a complaint, but there is no allocated person other than the Director's apparently. I feel this level of customer service is very frustrating and the 2 year warranty was not worth the paper it was written on. Would not recommend buying from this company.

As mentioned previously, our products are medical devices and therefore attract manufacturer-specific cleaning guidelines. When followed, our products can be relied on for the full warranty period and beyond.
However, we do apologise if you felt there was a lack of communication. We will take this on board and look to improve in the future.

We ordered a dental operators stool online based on their website specifications in good faith.
We were give a delivery date 6 weeks ahead which we expected, however the stool arrived randomly in just over a week with no advance notification.
On construction we found the minimum height of the stool did not meet their advertised specification, & after serveral e-mails back & forth they are unwilling to accept the misrepresentation on their site or offer to rectify.
Overall I would not recommend this company based on this experience.

All of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality, and while we aim to provide accurate lead times, occasionally items may be ready sooner than expected. We regret that you were not notified in advance of the early delivery.
Regarding the stool’s specifications, we take all product descriptions seriously and will review the information on our website to ensure it is accurate. We always aim to resolve any discrepancies where possible and value feedback that helps us improve.

Had 2 treatment couches reupholstered. Service from start to finish was smooth and reupholstery finish is excellent. Much more padded too!

I have recently bought 2 stools for my dental practice. They arrived swiftly and well packaged. Over the past 6 years I have bought 4 other stools which have held up well to constant use.

Trusted this company to buy a chair on line.
I am very disappointed with the chair colour, it is nothing like the shade shared on the website.
Customer service has been very poor, I have not even been able to talk to someone about my concerns.
