A few weeks ago I had been on the…

A few weeks ago I had been on the website, and when I would go onto the armor section, the page looked weird. I am wondering if there is maintenance going on or is it okay. other than that I enjoyed going to the site, I do plan on purchasing I from there sometime soon.

Great products and Service!

Great products! The quality is impressive and the customer service is top notch! [Thanks Martina!] An issue I had with my first order was taken care of immediately and with great care. I've placed 2 orders so far and would definitely order from them again!

Quick delivery, helpful staff

Bought a type XVIII sword and a scabbard for it a few days ago and they delivered it quite quickly, the customer service is really good and they kept giving me updates. I'll order from these guys again!

By far the BEST medieval store online

The quality of the armor they have is INSANE! I am have been a LARPer and collector of medieval and fantasy items for a while now, and I've been using quite a few websites. This is the best I found so far for mediumly priced products and higher end stuff, also, the more you buy the more convenient the fixed shipping fee becomes which is veeery good considering that other websites charge you loads of money when you buy multiple items. Their customer service is exceptional too. I cannot recommend this website more guys!

Never buy from them

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Ordered a product almost 5 months ago that I still have not received and the company has not bothered to answer my emails or phone calls.

Worst customer service

I ordered something from them 3 weeks ago now, still dosen't appear to have been shipped yet. I try to email customer service and havent gotten any reply even though they claim a 24 hour response, this was 2 weeks ago and another one sent a couple days ago. This company seems like a scam, the number they give you to call all lead to a voice message system so they just screen your calls. Would not reccomend this company to anyone.

Item never came

This is one unsolid company! I ordered a nice katana and it was sent to Netherlands instead of Czech republic!!! USPS told me that address was written by the sender, and after some email correspondence and phone call, they totally stopped to communicate with me. It is more than two month, so I will put in my lawyer to sort this out. Do not buy anything from this site!!!

Bought a SCA Helm

I had a nice experience with them, called company and a guy answered and seemed very knowledgeable about the products offered. I then purchased a German Klappviser Helmet, which I was very pleased with and have recommended to my fellow SCA members.
