Terrible customer service by email and phoning almost impossible

Absolutely shocking Taking money and not delivering the pills or a date not being able to find a manager to escalate the matter after spending £1000s never again.

Will never use again

I am so disappointed. I have been a good customer but two weeks ago Royal Mail did not deliver my pen when scheduled. It was delivered and left in the extreme heat a day later without the ice protection. I contacted help they said they would send a return label. Still waiting, being ignored now , missed two doses and it’s looking like my only option is to do a charge back

Ordered medication and have not received item cost almost £300 and am being repeatedly ignored when sending correspondence chasing up my order. Save yourselves the stress and time and use a more reputable online retailer.

Med Express followed up a negative response from a complaint I had made about offering discount on non related promotions away from the product you are actually using I could not fault the response I got from Famida who has now dealt with the complaint and rectified the promotion code to suit the product I am actually using .Well done and a satisfactory outcome.

complete scam - bill you 2000USD for minor medical consultation without diagnosis or treatment - try to make you scam the insurance by obliging you to call them claiming fictive treatment (or else you have to pay yourself..) - follow you to the hotel to claim money several days in a row - stay away at all cost !
