If I could do less than a 1 star I would, ordered some things in November shipping was going to take to long as I was going over seas. I then asked for a refund it took 5 months to see some progress with this. I just recently got a new one they are now telling me they can’t do a refund without the original card. Which is stupid there customer care is disgusting and they seem to not care, all they want to do is steal your money!!! do not I repeat DO NOT purchase off these people . SCAMMERS I’m 6 months and still going to try get my refund.

I was totally scammed by this company 😡 Y'all seen their commercials on tiktok and they say it's on sale but right before you go to confirm of what you want they say just to confirm this is what you want but they're actually adding another thing of face foundation first $18 so not only did you order the first foundation but the second foundation is like 18 and some change plus the $29.99 face foundation that you got and be careful because you got a really put down which deep skin foundation really look at the boxes cause they get you every which way. I HATE THIS COMPANY I got 2 foundation for 60.00 it really put me back

I ordered Peter Thomas Ross eye cream back in July, and they charged me for multiple orders. After contacting them several times they said they would refund me. It’s now October, and I still haven’t received my refund. They keep telling me that the refund was requested and that I needed to wait 7-10 days, but now it’s been almost three months, so I’m now convinced that I will never get my refund.

I ordered and was never shipped, only pretended , ever time I checked the tracking it was a joke, I ordered this 7/22/25 , was over charged and still no package, they claimed it was delivered and told me to check around my door and ask neighbors lmao, I have cameras and there was never a delivery! I’m so disgusted! I hate scammers! POS!

Zero stars really… I placed an order that never shipped, was tricked into buying 6x the product that I wanted.

When I have reached out, each time they have been so nice saying yes we’ll take care of this and your refund has been approved…. But this all started on 8/4/25 and I still haven’t received my refund.

Stay away from this company!

Complete Scam! They advertised one product sent a knock off. Took almost 2 months to get. I tried to cancel, they would not allow. Do not purchase from this company.

Update they refunded my money

The company is based in Hong Kong. All shipments come from China. They promised a refund to my credit card, which was never received. Do not use this company or they will scam you.
