Wish I had read the reviews here before my purchase attempt. Ordered a £200 racket on a Sunday with "next day” delivery and 9 days later I haven’t received anything beyond excuses, infinite attempts to get them to pick up the phone and finally some bogus DHL tracking numbers (confirmed by DHL to not be real tracking numbers).

I honestly don’t know what these people deal is because some of the reviews seem to be legit but my experience (as many other by the look of it) has been just as a scam.

Really nice services for reminding me of the restringing and very fast delivery. Love the racket!

MDG Sports gave excellent service. When my order couldn’t be processed due to a connection error, James went out of his way to ensure my order was processed! Very professional.

Item arrived quickly but prior to that I had a really nice email making sure I hadn't forgotten to get the racket stringed. If I'd been new to purchasing a racket then it would have been invaluable advice :)

Keep it up, great price too when other have been scalping which put me off them forever!

I'd never heard of MDGSport before.
I punched in some details of the type of racket I required on Google and they popped up yesterday afternoon.
I got to checkout online and found I could use my Amazon account to pay for it.
This was a great boost as I was now 100% confident it was kosher and I'd get the racket.
Usual instant emails confirming etc.
Two hours later an email from DHL, they'd picked it up.
Told this morning it was arriving today ( I was expecting 3-5 days ) between 14.08 & 15.08.
Delivered 14.09.
I'll have a hit with tomorrow @ 09.00
Reason for only 4 stars? haven't tried the racket yet.

Dreadful service. Ordered tennis racket online nothing received. Several attempts to contact, eventually got the “lost in the post, will send another” response. Still nothing but they took the money weeks ago. Terrible standards. Will contact credit card company to get them blacklisted.

Before buying from MDG Sports, I called them to ask about the best type of strings for the tennis racquet that I was interested in. They answered quickly and I was transferred to someone who could help (James). James was very helpful and I then ordered the racquet online, but called back to check that everything was okay. The racquet arrived very quickly (impressive given that I had also had the racquet strung) and is immaculate. I have seen some negative reviews below, but my experience with MDG was excellent. MDG, I wish you the very best. Recovering after the covid pandemic cannot have been easy.

Total scam. Ordered tennis racket online, was immediately charged and then nothing arrived for several weeks. Was told over the phone they would “overnight another racket” as it was “lost in the post” and still nothing. Now no responses to emails and not picking up the phone at all. Avoid at all costs.

Not only do they have an impressive selection of rackets, but an even more impressive amount of knowledge to help guide you. Mike and his team were very patient and happy to answer all my questions to help me find the right racket and shoes.
