Chose the wrong racquet from MDG but they were amazing and kindly changed the racquet even though it had been re stringed
James was really helpful and went out of the way to sort me out.
Got my new raquet and I'm super happy with it - will definitely shop here in the future for all things tennis !!

Ordered a badminton racket which was out of stock at most retailers and got it delivered on the day they said it would be delivered. They guys online were very patient and helpful towards all my queries. Highly recommended.

I ordered a raquet & balls at a great price. MDG upgraded my free delivery to next day as well, so got the gear within 24 hours.

I called MDG sports regarding some questions about a particular tennis racket, and James offered a fountain of knowledge and was able to give me advice on a racket he thought would be more suited to me after asking me a few questions about my tennis experience, ability and what racket I currently play with.
He even gave me free next day delivery with my order, so I can enjoy my new tennis racket even sooner!

Scam - avoid at all costs…

I ordered two tennis rackets on 18th June and received a call the following day to say they only had one racket in stock. I was offered an alternative racket or a refund. I opted for the refund. Three weeks later, I still hadn’t received my refund so I gave them a call back. I was told that the refund had been processed by them, and it was clearly Amazon who hadn’t yet confirmed the refund. I was told they would call Amazon and get the matter resolved and I would receive a call back from them that same day. It’s now five days later and I’ve received no call back. I have called MDG three times, left an answer phone message, and emailed them and had no response. I have since contacted Amazon who have told me they do not have any direct contact with MDG sports and they have not received any refund from MDG. It has become apparent that I have been lied to. Thankfully Amazon informed me that I am protected through their payment protection scheme and so they will investigate the matter for me. But I would certainly recommend you avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered a Yonex 98 zone and was with me in 2 days. They even asked me which colour strings I wanted after I sent them a message.
Definitely would use them again and recommend them over a big corporate .

I would give absolutely 5* without question, if the guys could communicate a bit more. But seriously, just a good advise; please let the customers know what is going on with the orders, and your stock. Everyone will be happy to wait patiently, anytime I am sure. But if we dont know, or mislead us, we wont understand the situation, and dont know what to do. Anyway, best prices, and probably best range of products so far. Very happy with the order, just a bit late. Other than that, everything is great! Thank you!

Came across MDG Sports while searching for a new tennis racket on the web and after reading the reviews, I decided to pick up the phone. I had a good idea of what racket I wanted but also needed some advice. Alex @MDG answered all my questions and was very knowledgable and helped me choose the correct racket for my current playing level.
