McGregor MacLeod Solicitors Recensioni

Kirstie was fantastic. Very prompt at responding and efficient working through issues. In the ninth hour we noticed a spelling error on our mortgage offer and Kirstie sorted this herself (which is not really within the remit of the solicitor). Thank you!

I just want to say a massive thank you to Gurpreet for helping us with the moving process, she was so helpful, professional and really made us feel at ease during everything and was available to answer all of our questions when needed! Amazing service!

I literally cannot thank Gurpreet enough! We have been trying to do a big move for over a year and throughout it all she has been incredible. I have dealt with many solicitors throughout the UK and she is by far the best. Not just because she is incredibly capable but because she is a real human. She clearly cares and her communication is second to none. She always did what she said she would do when she said she would do it and she patiently answered all my questions with care and attention. She knew we had a tight deadline and she pulled out all the stops to get us over the finish line in time. I truly hope this firm understand what an asset they have here. Thank you Gurpreet you have honestly made a tremendous impact on our family's life.

Sharon my solicitor was very helpful throughout. Purchasing a property for the first time, so it was very helpful to be kept up to date through the entire process. She was very thorough and made sure everything was checked and as it should be

We recently purchased our first property and Gurpreet was extremely helpful with the whole process and made everything a lot easier for us. We can't thank and recommend her enough!

Robyn handled both the purchase and sale of our property and went above and beyond at every stage. Her dedication and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was a fantastic experience — highly recommended!

Having used this company following my mums passing there were several issues.
Mum passed in December 2022 and I got a notification from my bank on Thursday night to say a payment had been made into my bank account from my mother.
This was out of the blue and totally distressed me.
I contacted the bank and they advised the payment had came from Mcgregor Mcleod solicitor.
I have had no contact from the solicitor as towhy the payment was made
This has been traumatic for myself and my family
The solicitor should have contacted me prior to this to advise there was going to be a payment and this would have avoided the upset

Kirstie was an excellent solicitor and kept us up to date on our purchase and sale. She was great in chasing the other parties solicitors when they were being slow and she was incredibly helpful and supportive

Sharon has completed the conveyancing on 3 properties for us in the last 6 months, and she's been excellent. Quick and efficient, and good at keeping us informed on progress. Would definitely recommend, and will keep using for any future conveyancing needs

Kirstie who was dealing with my purchase was brilliant from start to finish. Updates from her almost daily with how things were progressing. Purchase was completed far quicker than I expected, even with a few hic ups from the other party

I would definitely recommend and use their services in the future.
Prices were very reasonable

Fantastic service from Kirstie!
I cannot recommend Kirstie at McGregor MacLeod solicitors highly enough. She supported, reassured and guided us through the process of buying our much wanted home. 5* service!

We had the best experience possible when selling and buying our properties. Our solicitor Gurpreet was fantastic from start to finish and I would highly recommend. As a young couple going into this process it can be daunting but Gurpreet made it smooth and stress free. We can't thank you enough for everything you've done and you deserve the best recognition.

Thank you to Kirstie at McGregor MacLeod Solicitors for a stress free house purchase experience. Kirstie was so very helpful all the way through the process, always on top of what needed to be done. My house purchase was a repossession and so it had added complexity, but it went really smoothly thanks to Kirstie. Thank you!!

Excellent service they went the extra mile to make everything go smoothly

The staff were very helpful in answering all our questions, which was particularly good as we are first-time buyers. In particular, our agent, Kirstie McCarten, was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process.

An absolute horror show buying and selling through this solicitor . Home move was delayed twice and nearly collapsed . The stress of it was unbelievable .

Struggled to get replies to emails and phone calls . Moved into house not knowing what was included , despite repeatedly asking . Solicitor worked part time hours so felt like any progress was slow as it sat on a desk after lunch . Had to resolve the issue regarding hold up myself . Feel like a solicitor you are paying should fight your corner but this was not the case.

For a more realistic review of this company go to Google Reviews where I see people have had a similar experience to me . Wish I would have done this before using .

The smoothest and most stress free experience in buying a property. This is my first ever home and Gurpreet made the experience very tailored to my needs, updating me everyday with the process and explaining things very clearly and simply. The whole journey in buying my first property has been very enjoyable and very quick. Highly recommend using this company and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Just an excellent service from start to finish.

Gurpreet Walley was my main point of contact for the sale and purchase of our old and new home. She was very knowledgeable, kept us up to date at all times and just made the whole process smooth and easy.

Would highly recommend McGregor MacLeod, thanks for all your help Gurpreet!!

Easy and cheap conveyancing for the purchase of my flat. Gurpreet Walley was the solicitor that done all the conveyancing for me and she was very helpful and was easily contactable throughout the whole process. Thanks for everything!

First time I've had a sell/buy transaction and I was a little bit concerned about using a "remote" solicitor (we live in Aberdeen and we were selling back to Aberdeen city council) but despite a few issues with both the seller and buyer it was an absolute breeze. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially Jaspreet Lidder who handled our transactions flawlessly, and at a very reasonable cost.
