My entire journey with Maya Medical was amazing from start to finish!

Initially I spoke to Dilara who answered any question I had throughout the point of my initial enquiry to booking my surgery. Dilara made sure she was available to talk to me at all points during the day and explained the different packages in detail to me.

I can’t thank Zehra enough, my patient coordinator, who looked after me from the second I arrived in Istanbul. Zehra attended all my appointments with Dr Dogan with me, translated any information needed and answered all my questions pre and post surgery. Having all my transfers organised made the whole journey so smooth and took away any stress I could’ve had during my time in Istanbul.

My nurse Havva was absolutely incredible! She came to visit me every day after my surgery, supported me in the shower, took me to get my hair washed and even took me and my mum into the city centre to go shopping! Havva took such good care of me, she really went above and beyond to look after me.

My aftercare once back in the UK has been amazing too. Havva is always available to answer any questions I have and is still supporting me to make sure I am taking the best care of myself enough my recovery.

I can’t fault Maya Medical, Dr Dogan or any of the hospital staff in anyway and could not recommend them more!!

I had an exceptional experience with Maya Medical. The nurses were incredibly kind and supportive throughout my entire journey, both before and after my surgery. They went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of, and I never felt uncertain or left in the dark at any point. Traveling alone could have been daunting, but the entire team made me feel completely comfortable and safe. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I can’t thank Dr Dogan Alhan enough! I can't recommend Maya Medical highly enough, especially for anyone considering breast implants.

From start to finish Maya Medical were great!

From my very first interaction with them when I sent them a WhatsApp inquiring about the treatment I was interested in, they came back promptly and booked me in at such short notice to accommodate me going out and coinciding with a friends pre booked visit!

I was then handed over to Zehra who was fantastic throughout every step of my experience. Zehra organised everything for me! All I had to do was book my flights send the flight details and then all my hotels and transfers where organised for me, I was constantly kept updated with who was picking me up and what time, the transfer where such high quality spacious air conditions and comfortable.

When it was time for my treatment, I was greeted by Zehra at the clinic and she was amazing and friendly and really put me at ease especially being a nervous person around these places. It was clearly explained the step by step process of what was going to happen and every question asked was answered there and then.

My treatment was carried out and it did not take nowhere near as long as I thought and completely pain free! Both the dentist and the dental nurse couldn’t have been more perfect he especially keeping me at ease. It was only about one hour of time being worked on in day 1 after I had my x-rays done and decided what options to go for. Then after I had temporary teeth installed and they sent me on my way until my new teeth where finished.

Two days later I was again picked up and transferred to the clinic for the fun part!
My new teeth where put in at again a process which only took about hour to fine tune then final adjustments where made before being installed for good!

Since having the work done EVERYONE is saying how good and natural they look. This was important for me, they look so natural if you didn’t know me before you wouldn’t know the teeth were not real and it has completely transformed my smile and given me that extra confidence.

The standard of work here was above anything I expected and even after I’ve got home I still got a follow up from Zehra asking if everything is still going ok. Just the extra touch which makes it feel so much better.

A special thank you to Zehra who was nothing short of perfect and caring during my stay and just sending a message every now and again to check to make sure I was ok! And another thank you to the Lovely dental nurse at the clinic whose name I didn’t get, but she was amazing in helping me with my nervousness I felt in very safe hands the whole time with her and the Dentist who was called Mehmet if memory serves me correct.

I had a breast augmentation back in April and I CANNOT fault the service. From my initial enquiry through to now! My stay in Turkey with Maya medical was fantastic, Yagmur was my co-ordinator - she was so kind, proactive and helpful, kept me informed throughout my stay. The surgery was seamless, all the staff were very professional and reassuring - from my surgeon to the nurses.

Maya medical was recommended to me by a friend, I recently had a breast augmentation. Through and through a great experience and very happy with the results. I was skeptical at first as I’ve never had any surgery before and wasn’t expecting to go outside of the UK but I took my chances and I was not disappointed at all!

The co-ordinator Yağmur was very sweet lady. She greeted me when I arrived and took me to my initial blood test. She made me feel very comfortable and educated me about my surgery.

Dr Ethan Yüce was my surgeon and he did a very good job especially as I had very asymmetrical breasts and he made them look basically identical. He knew what size was right for my body and what my skin would allow. I was very confident after our consultation. The hospital was very clean and nice.

My nurse Havva supported me back at the hotel and provided such amazing aftercare. She is honestly amazing and is very good at her job.

The hotel was so so nice and provided nice breakfast, I was also 5-10 minute walk from the shopping centre, restaurants, pharmacy’s and supermarkets. You have everything around you.

I’ve recently just had a breast uplift and reduction with Maya medical, my experience was very good and I’m really pleased.

My surgeon Dr Dogan was really good at what he does, made me feel very comfortable and at ease with everything.

My nurse Havva well that goes without saying what a amazing nurse she is, she goes above and beyond to make sure your looked after and all your needs are met, she really is a great part of Maya Medical.

From the initial contact, Maya Medical have been nothing but excellent, very responsive and answered anything I have asked no matter how minor. Havva has provided me with exceptional aftercare and made me feel like I wasn’t just a patient, I felt genuinely cared about. I recently had a thigh lift and breast uplift with implants done on 28/06/24 with Maya Medical. Booking my surgery was a breeze, Dilara was so kind when annswering any and all questions I had and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions.

The hospital itself was really nice, with excellent facilities and despite the language barrier, the nurses that cared for me in the hospital were so kind.

A special mention must go to my nurse, Havva, who truly made the whole experience amazing. She visited me each day in the hotel, she was so compassionate about her job and really knew what she was doing. Despite any pain I was feeling I always knew I was in safe hands with Havva. She patiently answered all my questions and has continued to keep in touch even after I returned home, which has been incredibly comforting.

I recently went with maya medical to have 20 zirconium crowns. The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding. They sort your transfers hotel and breakfast. Take you to and from the airport and hotel to appointments, provide medication and aftercare. I would highly recommend and return to Maya medical.

I decided to travel to Istanbul alone for surgery, and I must say that Maya Medical exceeded my expectations. The communication with the professionals was incredibly easy, even without a companion. I never felt anxious or left waiting for information, thanks to the amazing patient coordinator, Zehra. She made the entire process seamless. I have had surgery in Istanbul before, but my experience with Maya Medical was truly incomparable. They are superior in every way. My surgeon was highly professional and even personally checked in on me after the operation, which made me feel safe and cared for. The consultation was informative and we discussed what could be achieved. The surgery itself went smoothly, and my stay in the hospital was fantastic. The nurses were exceptional, and coming from a nurse myself, that's a big compliment. Rhinoplasty is a process, and the surgery is just the beginning. The aftercare can be challenging, but I was well-informed and received great support. I even asked a question after returning to the UK, and the consultant sent me a WhatsApp video explaining how to overcome the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maya Medical to anyone. If I decide to have another procedure in the future, I will definitely return to them. Every person I encountered during this journey was kind and professional. I travelled to Istanbul to have a breast reduction and uplift and I am sooo happy with my results!! Everything was so smooth sailing and the nurse was great and always on hand

I don’t usually write reviews but seeing how reviews really swayed my decision I want others to feel confident in this clinic. I came over from the UK in March for a breast augmentation. I paid around half the price I would have paid privately in the UK but recieved 5* treatment in return. From first messaging Maya to get prices and more information I was never pushed or pressured into booking with them. They answered all questions I had and even gave me the hospital/surgeon name before I booked so I could do my own research. Upon landing in Istanbul after a long late flight me and my husband were picked up from the airport and taken to the hospital for a pre op blood test. The co ordinatior who met me was very helpful and couldn’t do more to help. All my transfers to and from the hospitals/airports were all arranged by her and all I had to do was meet the driver once they had arrived- made it so simple for us! The day of my surgery I was petrified being in another country and hearing the bad stories on the news etc. Once I had met my surgeon all my fears went away! He spoke very good English and talked me through the whole procedure and we discussed my expectations followed by what he can deliver based off my anatomy. He really made me feel at ease. The hospital was cleaner than any hospital I’ve ever seen in the UK. Spotless. The surgery went well and the surgeon did an amazing job. My pain was very manageable and whilst the hospital nursing team spoke very little English they knew enough to provide me with all I needed. The surgeon came to see me that night to talk through how the surgery went and what implants I had etc. and He came back the next day to check all was well and discharged me back to the hotel. Once at the hotel I had my medications brought to me and the wonderful nurse explained each one to me carefully about when to take them. The nurse came back each day to change my dressings and make sure I was well. I saw the surgeon the day before I left for my final checks and to ask him any questions before I flew home. I felt listened to the entire time and had been cared for exceptionally. Since I’ve been home (I’m 10 weeks post op) I have spoke with the nurse about any questions or concerns I’ve had and she has been beyond amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Trust the process and I would recommend Maya Medical to my closest family and friends because the care you receive is phenomenal. I am so pleased with my results they met my expectations and more. The whole experience with Maya Medical was absolutely amazing from start to finish . From the moment I first enquired until now back home 3 weeks post op the support I have received has been outstanding . Day or night they are always there to help with anything at all you need .

I was very nervous about having surgery done as I’ve never had it before, it’s always been a fear of mine, but my mind was put at ease straight away! I had Zehra as my patient co-ordinator who has been amazing from the very start, she is lovely! The hotel, hospital and private transfers were all taken care of which made the whole experience stress free!
The hospital was immaculate, you have your own private room and bathroom.
Dr. Tuna Turkmen who I had as my surgeon is absolutely amazing at what he does! He listens to what you’re wanting to achieve and he also gives his advice on what he thinks is best for you.
After I had my surgery, nurse Havva came to visit me at the hotel to change my dressings and she even helped me shower which I was so grateful for! She is a star to Maya Medical.
My recovery has been better than expected, 2 days post opp I was out in the city.
I do suggest bringing someone with you as you’re limited to movement the first few days and it’s nice to have someone who you know, I brought my partner with me.

what an amazing experience I had with maya Medical from start to finish. I couldn't recommend it enough. My nurse havva was amazing she continues the after care once you leave with constant contact . The surgery went so well I will definitely go back with friends and have a another nip and tuck somewhere I'm sure 😊

The most amazing service from start to finish!
In December 2023 I travelled to Turkey for breast uplift and implant from the UK with Maya medical. When I originally sent over my photos to be looked at by a surgeon they thought I maybe of needed fat injection also to make the implants seem more natural as I had tuberous breasts. When I arrived Dr tuna (who was fantastic) told me I did not need the fat injection.
I was very nervous to be put to sleep having never had any form of surgery before, as I was taken down to theatre all the nurses in the theatre room reassured me and one even held my hand and stroked my head before I was put to sleep making me feel so at ease.
The surgery went amazing, Yagmur, my patient coordinator did not leave my side when I woke up and helped me the whole time I was in the hospital.
I stayed 1 night in the hospital and got taken back to the hotel the next day. Yagmur helped me and my best friend (who also had surgery) with all our bags and made the room as comfortable as possible for us! The next day nurse Havva came to our hotel to change our dressings, she was so patient with me as I was very nervous to have the dressings changed in case it was painful, we see her almost every day that we were in the hotel as she came to check us and to help us shower on our last day in Turkey before travelling back to the UK.

After arriving home 10 days post op I had an issue with one of my incisions, I quickly messaged nurse Havva who told me exactly what to do and how to sort it out, she then checked on me via phone every day until the issue was sorted!
I really couldn’t recommend Maya medical enough, every single member of there team was fantastic and always made sure that we were 100% happy! I will definitely be returning to Maya medical for future cosmetic surgery’s!
