A very dishonest company.I didn’t get the dress I ordered.The garment I received was totally different. I sent it back and had it tracked .They received the dress I returned and threatened me to cancel my PayPal dispute. I didn’t cancel the dispute and they have been extremely difficult.I can’t recommend max passion .The quality is terrible and they refuse to refund the total amount. Don’t believe their threats and continue to dispute.Max Passion has to be stopped.They are not honest and thanks to pay pal they are looking into my dispute. Please do not be scammed by this company.

The items they have pictures on their site do not represent the quality of items you actually received. What I received were items made of thin, cheap material. The site, however, indicates items made of thicker, higher-quality material. Of course, all of the "reviews" posted on their site are 5 stars. They do not include anything other than 5-star reviews which is misleading to potential buyers. Never again. I should have known.

I bought a dress that arrived but is very very low quality and is different form the advertaising in the site.

Absolutely terrible! DO NOT BUY!!! nothing whatsoever as advertised and no hope of a return or refund! I am so angry with myself for falling for this scam!!!!

Ordered a month ago and still have not received my purchase. Their is no telephone to contact and emails are not answered. I believe this is a scam. If anyone finds a number please share.
Don’t buy from them.

I have written a review before and have still not received my refund after 6 week. Maxpassion is a truly disgusting company and as other reviewers say just write you a load of rubbish, same thing over and over again. Really need to get them mentioned on 1 of our consumer programme as they must be robbing people of thousands. They really need to be stopped.

We ordered two dresses forty days ago. One received after 35 days. The size does not fit. I want to return it, but they say I have to pay the return shipping cost. The second dress has not arrived. I paid through Paypal so I am contacting them to see if they can protect me against my purchase from this bad company.

Do not order from this company!!!! It’s fake and will take your money. I returned items and 3 months I’m still waiting for a refund. They are fraudesters please trading standards look into this fake company

They send tracking numbers that are invalid and claim to have shipped the order but they send later to say that there are missing items. Scammers.
Don't buy from them!

I have placed an order with them on the 30th of June.
For $101.59
It was mentioned that my order will be delivered within 7-15 working days but I still have’nt received it.
It is 6th of August today and it’s been more than a month. I’m very much disappointed by the false date of arrival mentioned on the site. It is way past the arrival date, literally 2-3 weeks late.
They dont give contact number/customer care number anywhere and dont respond to emails ever! Very poorly maintained online shopping portal.

This company is a scam!!!! What I saw on on website indicated was all in Singapore dollars but when I purchased it ended as usd! After 2 months n numerous emails to them, I have not received my jumpsuit . Furthermore , I found exactly the same jumpsuit (at taobao) worn by the exact same model n only 1/3 of maxpassion price that I paid . I am very upset with this company.

The reply with badly written auto response typw emails of nonsense that make no sense- and never can give a status on future shipping date of order -
They cant say when the order will despatch so

They keep advertsing daily the same styles they cant deliver
if you keep complaining often they finally reply in a email saying they cant not refund but ask you to forget about the styles you paid for and ordered with non delivery they suggest
“choose something different to order but choose only up to half value of your payment you already made “

I have had such recent very good experriences with other china on line fashion - on time and professional
Real tracking real replies

But Max passion scam makes it very bad for all other honest profesional business on line
because of max passion scam

it looks like max passion is part of a group that may have many sites under many names

They make a very bad name for on line shopping
That affects other genuine businesses

One month ago I made an order and paid for express shipping (5-7 business days). I haven't received anything. I send them e-mails every day without feedback! stay away from this company!! They are stealing money!

A month since I made my order and still no cloths. Sending e-mails to customer service with no reply in return. Crap company, stay away!!
Updated: When I finally received my shipment from China, seven weeks after the order, it is clear for me that this is a hoax. The dress and jumpsuit I ordered resembles the photos, but the fabric is so cheap and horrible, the work poorly executed and the size was not right. (I'm a size 40 European size, and XL was too small for me). Return and money back is not an option. I suspect that they steal photos of designs from other sites, and actually produce the clothing’s ordered to their best ability. Which will explain the long delivery time and poor quality. Avoid this company if you can.
