It's the first time I have used this company. I normally book direct ,but was struggling as I didn't know much about Mauritius.
Samir was excellent and knowledgeable. Our booking was a little complicated, but Samir was super efficient and got everything sorted and booked on Christmas Eve.
Based on this experience I would use this company again and would highly recommend.

Samir was very helpful and went above and beyond with my queries. He was very easy to talk to and understood what I wanted and delivered in a timely manner . Would definitely use again.

I was very dubious about booking as I had never heard of Mauritias holidays however a spoke to Samir who priced our holiday he was so lovely and professional I then spoke to Lee who was the same we got a good price and very happy what they done for us, we are looking forward to our holiday in march .

Overall , booking experience very good . Losing a star because when I went to pay my deposit on original quote in the timeline given to me it was mysteriously unavailable, and had to pay extra for an alternative quote on alternative dates from which we had originally agreed . Prices were still very competitive though compared to others .

We have used Mauritius holidays direct before and had a great holiday with great service. We have just booked with them again and they are very helpful and are willing to look at getting you a good price for your trip.

I booked with this company because they said they could sort everything out for us BUT... they have failed in a simple task of booking golf tee times, firstly the wrong course then the wrong times... they say other times are fully booked but I am able to book them myself through other on-line booking systems so i know they are just failing to do as I asked !!
