I felt a little awkward at first, but then was met at the door and interacted with very professional, knowledgeable, kind staff. They ALL seemed to truly care about making the onboarding experience a pleasant one, and it was.

Simple and easy all in one process to start working! By far the easiest company to hire on with.

It was a white man picking with me because I was color . I don’t recommend anybody to work there . Them people are racist!!

Great orientation process she was very nice and knowledgeable about Safety..loved the orientation lady!! Jobsite itself was a little to slow as in there was not enough work to do to keep someone occupied for 12 hours..They need more work and supervisors that actually accompany new hires.

I was promoted quickly from within the MAU team after having retired from active duty military and was a shift supervisor over the logistics team. A disgruntled team member made a false statement about an interpretation of something I said to the team as a whole and the HR Mgr., rather than doing her job, thought I would just appease this individual and accept a 3 day suspension because that is what she wanted to do her fake investigation and everything would be good ... She thought wrong. I quit working for a GM who failed to support his supervisors and funny how every supervisor left in protest for what they pulled on me... Absolutely the worst management team I have ever worked with...

I worked for the Paris, Tx mill February-July of 2021. For the most part I had a great experience with few exceptions. The exceptions were training issues, first being the forklift training was adequate for myself as I was already familiar with forklift and wharehouse work however for those not familiar with it the training was rushed and left many coworkers inadequately trained especially for an environment as busy as the Paris Mill. Second was the training and sign off procedures for specific jobs. This training is left up to personnel in the specific job and although there is paperwork to be checked off this isn’t always performed to a particular standard which is leaving new personnel open to a number of large mistakes and even larger safety issues. Third issue would be the training of lead personnel and shift supervisors seems to be lacking severely. This rolls down to to everyone on the floor not having very direction when needed. There are a ton of great people with the Paris Mill and with a little extra attention to training and safety it can only become a better place to work.

I love my Job😌, Don't mind being there when scheduled.

Not enough fairness when reporting a concern, such as co workers who cheat the system by always hiding away when we need workers, it would be good if we could email and cc certain people to report our concerns, that way we know it does not just stop at one person, those that do work are having to work twice as hard because you have others that just wonder around or are continually going home early due to it being a busy night. I have heard from many a handpacker on favoritism to certain individuals that get away with just this issue. I use to be a hand packer, and then moved to machine operator, I not only hear about it, I see it, we are losing our good workers due to them leaving out of frustration.

Quick and easy hiring

I enjoyed my time with MAU there needs to be designated trainers. Trainers who are willing to train you and show you what you need to know and go by the guidelines. The 3 trainers I had were not good trainers thing I learned in orientation were not put in use during training time it was done different or I was told not to do it. Some of the trainers did not want to train you so they didn’t.

I love my job and everything and everyone I am working with is great

I was on my second night by myself after training and was put on the other side of the plant that I had no training on what's so ever and told okay here you go do what you do!
