My time with MAU was straight forward and painless. No issues during my time as a temp for BMW and my MAU representative Woody was present and always friendly and helpful. The job itself may not always be easy, but at the end of the day if you just focus on showing up, doing your job to the best of your ability, and being friendly towards your coworkers then I’m sure anyone else will have a positive experience with MAU.

MAU IS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR THEY CARE ABOUT THERE EMPLOYEES CONCERNS THEY WILL TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN ON THERE BUSY SCHEDULE THEY WANT WHATS BEST FOR THERE EMPLOYEES.THANKS FOR THE OPPORTUNITY

MAU did a great job of preparing us for what was to be expected walking onto the job site the first day. We were provided with all of the tools and information needed to make our first days both productive and successful.

I am placed at a job that really admire my work ethics, appreciating my leadership skills as well how well I work well as team. Within 3 weeks my job gave me application for a long term position. I can honestly say I love what I do. Thanks MAU!

Working here has been pretty good there's been some ups and downs but mostly I work through it but it hasn't been bad I've been challenged myself to work harder and better and learn new things. I would like to one day hopefully to transfer to a different department more like the metal or body shop where they have welding cuz I went to welding school to become a welder so that would be my goal for here is to transfer to that department

The hiring process for Logistics isn’t effective.The equipment that we drive isn’t a easy task if so at least half of all recruiting classes would be able to drive it.
CJ I was told Logistics was hiring when I was recruited. That’s not the case. If these trucks didn’t get unloaded,scanned in and taken to these lines then the line would shut down. We’re not valued as BMW associates so this is why you guys have a very high turnover rate.

It's about what I expect. Show up and do your job and you won't get points. I know my ARL is on site if I ever need anything which is an assuring thought, even if I have no overt need to visit their desk.

Was given the run around many times....go talk to this person, go talk to that person...not all on them, the 3 letter (bmw- i hate saying the name) had some to do with it too....wasted over 7 years there but made some money. Just not a good place to work, they will run you to death if they see you're trying hard to get hired on but then wont hire you unless you're brown nosing the right people, and i dont brown nose anyone! Glad I finally left! My new job as an actual employee of a company (not a throw away temp) is much better, slower paced and Im making more money. Would I go back? Only if it was the only choice I had where the pay is decent.

Hey I don’t like the way you do vacation. I have to wait after I work so many hours before I get paid for vacation…that’s crazy. I should be able to take my time and get paid for it. If I leave the company before I accumulate all my hours you guys keep the money. What sense does that make. I don’t like the fact that BMW makes us wait to be transferred when have already been approved for it. I had been waiting 3 months and still had not been transferred

I have had some health challenges that have even baffled my doctors. Not only have I been under the care of my primary doctor, I have seen and ENT and also a neurologist (my next neurologist is Oct. 15th). My issues have prevented me from working since late spring. My current MAU rep, John Lynch has been great! He has kept in contact and been very supportive. I must now say that all of my MAU reps have been excellent. If I have a problem, which they have been few, they have always been supportive. I can't say enough about how good it has been as an MAU employee.

Good job. The company does a good job trying to help especially when the correct questions are ask.

My time with MAU has had it’s moments and I ended up out of work for a period of almost 2 months, I was referred to an occupational doctor who claimed a few different things and did not help in my quest to acquire my short term disability to replenish my savings I had to use to live off of for that time. Other than that it has not been an overall bad experience.

Everything was great! Just missed too many days.

I worked full-time for MAU for about eleven years, and have returned to work part-time for them.
Especially in the last few years, I have found them extremely nice. They have treated me wonderfully.
The people I have dealt with have been absolute sweethearts. I enjoy working for MAU.

Staff and H.R. personnel were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my career with this company. Hard work is recognized and appreciated on all levels. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for great work and great pay!

Great team to work for. The rep comes around talking to different members to see if theirs anything they can do for us very family friendly. I think that's awesome. Unfortunately I've been in a car incident but working my back to %100 to return
