Very fast delivery, but disappointed in the product. I bought the liquid chalk for calisthenics / weightlifting and it behaves a lot differently than other liquid chalks I have tried. It gets very dusty and leaves a mess, and when I touch a bar all the magnesium leaves my hand and stays on the bar. I won't be using the product because I leave a mess in the gym and I don't want to be banned from using chalk for my workouts.
After sending a respectful email with my dissatisfaction with the product and comprehensive feedback as to why, they did not give me refund but instead offered a 5 EUR voucher which essentially just covers shipping fees. Not ordering here again.

J'ai eu plusieurs problèmes lors de ma commande, déjà le livreur n'est pas passé et l'a mis dans un point relais je crois sans que je n'ai la moindre info, quand je prends des nouvelles plus tard on me dit que le colis est reparti à l'expéditeur. Ils me le renvoient sans poser de problème mais en le recevant il me manquait une petite pièce car le carton était gras en dessous et s'était donc ouvert. Ils m'ont renvoyé la pièce sans problème également cependant, mais bon c'était long juste pour un seul colis.

Ich wollte eine Retoure ankündigen und bat um einen Rückschein. Matchu-Sports hat wochenlang nicht reagiert, nur die Shop Apotheke, wo ich den Artikel bestellte. Diese schon die Verantwortung auf Matchu. Letztendlich bekam ich Mahnungen. Ich habe dann die Rûcksendung getätigt, ohne bekommen Rückschein. Dann kam gerade diese Rücksendung nie an. Als ich dann mit Anwalt drohte, bekam ich die Gutschrift. Nie wieder Shop Apotheke, oder Matchu-Sports

I was disappointed that the store has a paid return of goods - 6.5 euros. I didn't fit Sportarmband and wanted to return it, but it didn't make sense to return it for an additional fee. This is the first time I have encountered a return fee. I do not plan to order more from this store, as there is always a risk that the goods that you do not see in person may not fit and pay to return it is somehow without concern for consumers.

J'ai commandé un set de 2 haltères hexagonale de 15kg chacune a 119,95€, pour n'en recevoir qu'une seule et livré dans un état lamentable. Je suggère à Decathlon de se dissocier de ce partenaire loin d'être sérieux qu'est Matchu Sports.

Super snel geleverd en niet te duur. Jammer dat de fitnessmat wat beschadiging had in de verpakking.

De foam roller is zeer goed te gebruiken voor sport. Fijne grip en met 90cm een ideale maat. Matchu is een zeer betrouwbaar bedrijf. Mijn foam roller had een lichte beschadiging. Hierop heb ik met het bedrijf gemaild en ze boden me een zeer passende oplossing. Zeer prettig contact gehad.

Bestelling verliep via Bol.com. Levering later dan aangegeven op de site. Maar product voldoet aan verwachtingen en was goed verpakt. Prijs was bij hen het voordeligste.

Sehr gut. Schnelle Lieferung und als ich eine Frage hatte, wurde mir freundlicherweise geholfen.

Kundenservice bei Reklamation gibt es hier nicht! Ein im April gekauftes Sportgerät ist nach nur zwei Monaten kaputt gegangen. Unternehmen unterstellte mir unsachgemäßen Umgang und sowas wäre noch nie passiert. Schaut man sich die Bewertungen aber auf der Seite an wo das Produkt beworben wird, bin ich nicht die einzige mit dem Problem. Nach wieder zwei Monaten hin und her durfte ich den Artikel zurück senden. Leider habe ich bis heute kein Geld zurück und muss immer wieder nerven und Nachfragen. Nie wieder! Ich werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten und mir auf sämlichen Bewertungsportalen Luft machen!!!
