No help for NHS!!!
Wow, so my loan is linked to the Bank of England base rate and when that goes up you increase my payments. So Bank of England base rate was reduced on 11th March 2020 and during this awful time for the whole country, you would think they would want to help (especially as i work for the NHS) but oh no, i’ve been told on this occasion they will NOT be reducing payments! Wow!

Great savings option
Fixed term savings account offered great rates and seemed secure. Small issue with payout at the end of the term, but customer service team very quick to respond and kept me updated, despite the COVID-19 outbreak! Would use again.

Awful and stressful experience
Very frustrating and no help or audience given to me to address my position. A bad combination with their lightfoot solicitors who do not have a checklist for all they need.
Wasted my time and cost me a lot more money than anticipated. Nearly lost £60K and their attitude was they don't care.

THE COWBOY COMPANY
Bridging loans do not exist with this company so be aware they will bleed you dry of cash for several months for exstautionate surveyors fees (THE COWBOYS) turning up in clapped out motors.
In the end you will be so releaved that you will not get your bridging loan after all the false prommises they make, they made my solicitor out to be incompitent .
AVOID these peddlers £4500 they robbed me for .
Reported to the ombudsman service under investigation now
SO TAKE SOME FREINDLY ADVICE OR YOU MAY END UP SKINT.

A good service
They are NOT a tick box bank and they understand the customers need. I would give 5 star if they a bit faster in processing Mortgage applications.

Digital banking era has arrived
Excellent dealing with relatively new digital bank. They offer fixed term savings with flexible redemption periods, good innovation. It doesn't all have to be about the big name banks!
