I’m on my second painting using my own photographs and my experience has been exceptionally good. I was delighted by the quality of the first painting and it looks like the second will be equally good. Delivery and packaging were excellent. I needed to contact them before I ordered and the response was prompt and helpful. I will be using them again and do recommend Masterpiece By Numbers.

I have painted 7 paintings by Masterpiecebynumbers and found them all to be excellent: fun to paint, good quality paints, good numbering, interesting art, good brushes and good customer service. I would recommend this company highly.

I ordered 3 custom PBNs. All are of people. All have no eyes. All have crazy color issues. When I inquired about the paint I was told just paint it the way it is.

I really love my Masterpiece By Numbers paintings and brushes. High quality products and amazing paintings to choose from. The quality of the canvas and the colours is amazing. I'm on my second painting and have recommended them to friends. I customer service is the best. If other businesses have the same customer service as Masterpiece By Numbers it'll be amazing. My painting arrived quickly during the busiest time of year. It was very well packaged. I would definitely make another purchase from Masterpiece by numbers.

Everything they promise they fulfil. Superb pictures, clear instructions and canvasses. I'm now on my 6th (or is it 7th?) and with nights starting at 3pm in Scotland, it is very relaxing to be creative and listen to music instead of watching tv. My only gripe is that, understandably, many of the works are US orientated.

Masterpiece by numbers is a wonderful company. Their genuine paintings are very high quality, well priced and offer lovely scenes. I have used Masteroiece by numbers on many occasions and will continue. To date I have painted over 60 paintings and enjoyed everyone giving such pleasure

In my experience Masterpiece by numbers are the best company around, I have completed several now and each one has turned out brilliantly, the canvases are great quality and so are the paints , the customer care is also very good , I would not go any where else to purchase my paintings .

Fast reliable service and the paintings are well packaged so they arrive in perfect condition.
The paintings themselves are very well printed and end up as a great picture when completed

This company is TERRIBLE. They charged me lied on the timeline for it to be ready and will not issue a refund. AVOID THEM. Nancy and Steven are terrible people. Nancy state I am but I would not take someone's money if I canceled the order so really who is the terrible one? A company that takes money from their customers.

It is said that we should all try something new. So i did. At 57 years old and, having been told at school, so long ago, not to bother pursuing art, and never having forgotten this, "Masterpiece painting by numbers" has opened up my world beyond all expectation. The whole presentation, delivery and confidence they have given me is so inspirational that it is in all honesty hard to express adequately into words. I cannot wait to get home and continue to develop my painting. The results are satisfyingly instantaneous, mistakes are few and if made easily overcome. Don't overthink it just do it is my advice. I wish i'd done this years ago.

Well, I must say, I am really impressed with Masterpiece By Numbers. I've never painted anything before and do not have an artist bone in my body but I am thoroughly enjoying painting my Masterpiece By Number painting. This was recommended to me by my mother in law who in turn heard about it from a friend so she bought one and was impressed. It's not just the beautiful piece but the acrylic paint pots and brushes are amazing and supplied ready for you to enjoy painting (which I do).

Customer service is truly amazing. I felt valued and respected with the immediate response and the continuous up date on my order and response to any questions and enquiries I had.

I'm hooked and have already recommended Masterpiece By Numbers to several of my friends and family.

I live in a residential home and I find Painting by numbers to be very absorbing , residens have comented how great the quality is. I have done 5 paintings so far and waiting on my next to arrive. Only down side is they take a while to arrive from USA but well worth the wait. I wouldnt consider any other supplier as I dont want the quality compromised customer contact has been first class and have been informed of new arrivals

Had about 9 painting by numbers from this company and everyone was a winner good quality canvas and paints excellent delivery and customer care would highly recommend masterpiece by numbers to anyone who is looking for a relaxing hobby

A few weeks ago, I called to check the status of my order. The lady on the phone immediately got defensive and started rambling on how custom orders take 6-8 weeks and how’s its ALLLL over their website, and that it’s SOOO clear when you order a custom painting.

FIRST OFF..I was literally just calling to check the status. I didn’t demand my painting in the 3-5 days shipping (rightfully so, my mistake) but she just CONTINUED to go on about how CLEAR the timeframe is. The fact that she didn’t even listen to what I was saying and was immediately defending the order proceeds just PROVES how many times they get calls about this…and that’s because IT NOT ALLLLLL OVER THE WEBSITE LADY! It’s at the VERY BOTTOM of the page in black writing.

Y’all know exactly what sales technique you are using, and ITS SHADY AND YOU KNOW IT. but whatever, I tell her it’s fine I understand. And then she goes on the tell me that it won’t take the full timeframe, that the owner is already working on my piece as we speak, and he usually gets it out in a week. But yet here we are…THREE WEEKS later and still not even a shipping label created. So because I called and probably upset the rude lady, they are probably holding onto my painting for the full timeframe, just to be SPITEFUL. your business is shady and you know it.

& to the extremely rude lady who answered the main line phone number…I hope you read this and maybe try and listen to the customer first before jumping to conclusions.

If the painting does actually come in…I’m not very hopeful that it’s gonna turn out so great.

Excellent service delivery brilliant considering they are coming from the USA. The paintings and paint is second to none, and the end results are amazing. I am almost 73 and a little bit dothery as my hands do shake a little, but I manage these fine. It helps me relax and keeps me occupied after my chores are all done. I cannot recommend this company enough, just brilliant.

First class service paintings are always good quality canvases are large and allow plenty of overlap for framing paint is nice and gives great coverage thanks again
