The BEST customer service around!
Jeremy was super helpful from start to finish and displayed the utmost in customer service excellence! Even though my bad sub was not covered by warranty, he still went above and beyond what I ever expected. He wanted to make things right, and exceeded that goal. Massive Audio has the best customer service! Forever my subwoofer company of choice. A note to future buyers; make SURE to send in the warranty card. This replacement sub slams hard! I just have to control my urge to sit and jam the reggae for hours since I have a sealed box. Things get too hot in that 1.25 cubic feet enclosure.

No hay información ninguna ni forma de comunicar con la empresa. Les he escrito varios e-mails pero nunca responden. Comprar aquí es un acto de fé. Necesito factura porque es una compra de empresa y no hay forma de tenerla.
Además el envío es lento y muy caro. Respecto a la calidad de los productos, no puedo aún evaluar ya que no tengo el pedido.

I have a massive audio amplifier
I have a massive audio amplifier, I've had it for about 3 or 4 years now, and it's pretty strong compact, and I'm happy with it 200 W rms per channel can't get any better than that.And it's marine 4-channel amplifier. Just got a second molex plug to reconfigure and stretch the speaker output wires
out I didn't feel like disconnecting my whole harness and simpler this way.

Hello Joshua, I see your tracking states this will be delivered tomorrow. I do not know why you did not receive the email with the tracking, although our system indicates that the tracking email was sent on December 30th. We were closed for a few days over the holiday, although I show your order was picked and shipped within 48 hours. UPS was closed on NYD, so that would have created an extra delay. We apologize for the issue and appreciate your support.
