I would highly recommend using Martin & Co when selling your home, Paul who did our valuation was so friendly and down to earth and explained everything in great detail. Sue in the office was our first point of contact once we gave the go ahead she was always there to help and advise us when needed and never minded when we called for updates A+

Life is made better based on the choices we make. I chose Martin & Co Rotherham to market and sell my home. I met numerous Rotherham based agents and when Paul walked through the door I chose him in that very first meeting. With lots done online nowadays, it was that person to person trust that made my choice. My life was made better. Sue and Ciara made viewings enjoyable to be involved in booking. Yes, enjoyable. The 'Worrygoose gang' took the Worry out of everything for me. What a team. Absolutely top level.

Sue and Paul at Martin&Co have been nothing short of fantastic. I was kept informed throughout the house selling process. I was called back when promised, and they were always helpful and Informative. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. Lovely people, hard working and 100% know their job. Well done and thank you.

we were looking to sell our house through Martin & Co(n), initially it seemed like they found a buyer in January 2024, in the preceding months up until October 2024 we were forced to sell the property at a massive loss at auction as we were running out of money to keep paying the mortgage and council tax . Right up until the end we were advised that the buyer is still in the process of trying to get the funds together to be able to purchase the property. Martin and Con advised us that a buyer was in place when he didn't even have the money in place to purchase the property. Even up until the end the buyer wasnt in a position to finalise as he didn't have the mortgage in place and was still trying to arrange things. In the end as we were running out of money unable to make mortgage payments so we had to sell the property at a considerable loss as we simply didn't have the money to carry on in the hope that someday the buyer may have things in place. In the end we had to sell via an auction meaning a major loss yet Martin and Con still want paying despite the losses we had to suffer

Really unhappy with their service. Latest issue is that we wish to leave the property before the end of the contract and declared we are happy to pay the penalty fee of £450 for the landlord to find another tenant.
And that is where everything stopped. We are happy to pay whatever they told us and still they disappeared wasting our time and money. The more time passes the less it makes sense for us.
Really bad service and had similar experience of bad service in Birmingham for that company.

Update: After pushing to get a response we got a negative response which makes 0 sense. I believe they never actually asked and let the contract run. If we leave at the end of the contract the landlord will pay to find a new person whereas we now offer to pay that for him. Makes 0 sense. 100% they never asked.

-What an absolute joke of a company. If you are renting and your landlord uses these then for the sake of your blood pressure and mental health STAY AWAY!!
We lived without a working boiler from August till the new year!, Every time we have had an issue with the house AND reported it via the instructed ways not once in my 2 year tenancy has anyone contacted me regarding the issues, issues have been ignored or contractors showing up to the house un planned doing half a job then leaving with no follow up until I find time to chase the issue back up myself.

0 customer service / care / thought for anyone living under their roofs. Never any follow ups, extremely unhelpful. I have no idea what the landlords are paying you for because you do nothing at all.

Not professional communication ,booked an appointment and then they said we didn’t have a booking with you and that the house is under offer so no more viewing . Waste of my time.

They are an excellent company nothing to much trouble the photos they take are very good. Sue & Gary will go 110% to make sure you are happy. I don't want to move again but if i did would definitely use
