Marshams is a car dealer which really puts the customer first from start to finish. Even after some 20years they remember your name!!. Cars are reasonably priced and nothing is too much to make sure the customer is happy. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car.

From the first call ww made to last visit when we picked up the car, has been excellent service. We were kept up to date on progress of car with repairs that needed to be done. Thank you Rupert.. The car is driving well, so happy with it. Thank you for your service!!!👍

James was very friendly, helpful and very accommodating when we needed to collect the car very early outside of opening hours. All together a great experience from start to finish.

Matthew was great. Travelled 90 mins to view and test drive a car. It was all ready and sparkling for when we arrived. Upon viewing, we noticed the bodywork needed a little work which was sorted in 2 days. The whole process was made very easy and stress free.

Matthew was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We knew the vehicle we wanted and from a phone call 45 minutes before we arrived he had the vehicle washed and ready for us.
Then when we decided to go ahead he was open about the process and timings (we had our 4 year old with us) and it was the quickest and most painless dealer experience I've had.

Excellent price for the car (best on autotrader). Good customer service; Tyrone explained the whole process and kept me updated throughout. All in all just an enjoyable experience. Would definitely use Marshams again, but hopefully not for a few years.

Went to Marshams to part exchange our car (which had some finance outstanding), they valued it and came back to us with a couple of options of which the one we went with we’re very pleased with. We we’re able to test drive and look around the car we got without any hassle or pressure and it was fully cleaned and prepped for handover day. Finance was paid off within a week directly by them which made it nice and easy.

We dealt with Tyrone who we found friendly and easy to talk too and he explained simply/clearly extras such as the warranty we took out.

Would use them again in future.

Ty dealt with our purchase of our new car and was an absolute star. He helped us from beginning to end and explained everything along the way. He gave us time to think about the purchase and helped us understand everything that goes along with buying a new car.
I would highly recommend him and the company as they care about their customers and not just selling cars. We would not go anywhere else in the future.
