The company writes inaccurate responses on Trustpilot to make it look like they’re not at fault. They are well aware of my order, since they just cancelled it and then increased the price of the same product by £200 on their website. Safe to say I will not be using this site again, and I strongly recommend others don’t either.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs , absolutely shocking website / seller. Thankfully i paid through Klarna to avoid this risk but I purchased an item for £180 almost a month ago and heard absolutely nothing from them since. I have contacted them through various different platforms and haven’t had any reply. It looks like they only reply on this website as it is visible for others to see to make them look more reliable. Avoid and don’t get scammed.

I placed a recent order for an item…
I placed a recent order for an item never received a tracking asked for one avoided the question then canceled my order due to having 2 emails one was work other was personal and stated that to them the canceled order and said I'm terminated when I responded regarding refund they avoided the question and said not to email them anymore item was over 500 usd they never told me or updated me until I repeatedly asked updates after over 10 messages not until recently they tell me order was canceled while I was waiting to order the item before I had to leave town all together they waisted my time and failed after long searching waisted my chance to get the order before I left town. And never advised me if my order was getting refunded or if they stole my money. (not until I put this review did they say something since this is publicly viewed)

i ordered like 3 weeks ago and they took the money and then a week later cancelled the order because they apparently didn’t have the shoes but i’m still yet to receive my refund. i’ve been waiting and i’ve emailed multiple times and nothing was said.

I like their products and pricing but i have tried to reach out multiple times regarding my order and i have had no response after multiple days, clearly lacking on customer service. they have said the 10th is when my delivery will arrive by, i will amend this review based on weather this comes to fruition or not.

Your item was dispatched on October 16th at 16:59 using a 1-3 day express service, meaning the earliest the item could have been delivered was Friday October 18th. Unfortunately, this was not the case and UPS has now informed us that the parcel will be delivered on Monday October 21st between 14:20 and 14:40.
