Hi I am unable to get into my app can you please help. It won't let me in keeps stopping me.

Beware of the Manchester United ticketing payments system. Often, the payment will go through from the card issuer, but the United ticketing system will fail to issue tickets. Sometimes the funds are released quickly, but other times they are retained. If you call their phone line to get the funds returned you get a "computer says no" response: they can't release the funds because no tickets were issued (I'm not kidding). My advice is to stay away from their scammy system. My funds still haven't been returned, and I'll have to through the hassle of the fraud reclaim process with the card issuer.

I have contacted various departments and simply had no feedback.
My brother was left for dead at the age of 23 by a hit and run drink driver. He is house bound, on oxygen and has been dealt with life’s worst set or cards you could imagine. He has supported Manchester United FC all his life.
His bedroom is a shrine to every book, magazine, memorabilia and more.
He is 70 in August this year - and all I asked was to send him something (I’m not asking for something for nothing), to celebrate his loyalty and support.
For me - I am totally bewildered with their lack of commitment and compassion.

Yet when I tried and tried to get tickets a few weeks ago, the payment wouldn't go through. There was money in the bank. I tried 3 different cards to make the purchase but each time it was declined.

Funny they had no problem taking my money when it came to auto renewal of memberships. Sneaky.

Also, re-submitted some tickets for a re-sale. They re-sold them as hospitality, making a tidy profit for themselves.

Man U seemed to purposely deceive fans by advertising their American tour, by Man U players, then fielding a team of mostly non first team players. They seemed to throw in 1 or 2 older, 1st squad players to give the allusion of fielding The Man U team. Who do u think of when it states, the Manchester United team? Some fans realize that some of the top, 1st team players do not tour, but most do not realize that almost no 1st team players would be in a widely advertised tour game. This was the case at Snapdragon stadium in San Diego when we attended the game. Even though Man U has not been doing well in the EPL for years, this is no reason to deceive fans. Man U is reported to be currently worth $6.55 Billion. The fans that attended the game are collectively worth far, far less than $6.55 Billion. I guess they did not get to $6.55 Billion be being transparent. I would bet that Man U would blame it on the ticketing service. I’m sure Man U knew or, at the least, they should have known.
I’m a disgruntled fan that has painfully sat through their mediocre play and many loses, over many years.
Sorry, we went in 2023 and I’m just writing this review. I entered today’s date as the occurrence because this system would not let me put in the 7/2023 date.

£66 for a child to go to a match. Poor leadership from a poor leader.

I would do zero stars if I could players were shouting at me and I paid extra to go on the field and see the players but I wasn't able to 1 star

Putting tickets up for kids is inexcusable , especially after all of the waste on high wages. Morally this ownership isn’t good. I’m finding it hard to support my club now.

What a joke one of the best clubs turned into one of the worst clubs, how sad, ever since Furgie left they have been on a spiral decline!!
I firmly think who ever manages the club makes no difference to their performance!! How sad!

I had an email ticket alert, so thought I’d go on to have a look. I managed to get 4 seats together for the Bournemouth game for my family. At check out after I’d put all the membership numbers in, the under 16’s ticket price stayed the same as the adults, I googled it to see what was going on as usually only £20 each. Turns out Man Utd have upped their ticket prices mid-season!! And children now have to pay full price. Now £66 a ticket!!! Wow

I’ll be cancelling my membership next season for definite. Robbing cheeky b* astards

Big 6 club but 13th in the league. Probably getting relagated and none of these players would ever win a league title and the new manager will do worse than ten hag. Ruben Amorim never even heard of him. there are world class managers like zinedine zidane on the market and they got ruben amorim.
