Disappointed after purchasing honey for a number of years to receive 2jars of 1000 omg to be told when phoned makuna that it is normal for the honey to be extremely thick and crystallised proves it is of good quality. Not a problem but you should be made aware

Have been ordering my 1000mgo honeyfrom Manukadoctor now for a few years. The honey is consistently creamy and tastes great. I find it has helped me over the years to keep my immune system up as its very low through illness and helps keep my lungs clear. Would highly reccomend it.

Very disappointing customer service. I contacted the company today after receiving Manuka honey that appeared hard and old. I sent them photos and offered reasonable solutions: a replacement, another product, or a refund. They refused because I had opened the jar. But how am I supposed to check the condition of the honey without opening it? I was not satisfied with their response or explanations. I would not recommend dealing with them again.
