Unfortunately, as outlined in our delivery information, next-day delivery is available for orders placed Monday–Thursday before 1pm. As your order was placed over the weekend, when our warehouse is closed, it did not qualify for next-day delivery.
Due to an issue with the address provided it caused a slight delay within DPD's network but the team were able to resolve this on your behalf.
We’re sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
