It was very easy to choose Manning Stanton to sell our house. All the staff at the Wakefield branch couldn't do enough help you. The decision was made when we were looking at other houses, l would say they went the extra mile to help and fit a viewing in, where the other estate agents didn't give the same service.

My experience from start to finish was professional based on my first phone where I was given a lot of beneficial information on the process of them potentially marketing and selling my house.

I came across Manning Stainton while searching for local estate agents on Google. I went a step further and checked out their reviews on trustpilot which helpef me make a decision on the top 3 estate agents to consider going with.

I had never sold a house before so information which was provided to me over the phone had put manning Stainton in first place in a list of 2 other known estate agents.

The professional lady who came out to do the valuation and take pictures for my house continued on the 5* service by explaining the steps of me selling my house with them and she always asked me if there's anything else what dhe could help me with.This gave me even more clarity.

So I decided to cancel all my other appointments with other estate agents and go with Manning Stainton.

As soon as my property went live within just a few hours, I received many phone calls each day to arrange a viewing. I wss given the full names of everyone who were coming to view my house

I decided to do all of the viewings myself because I have a dog which isn't so welcoming around strangers and I would arrange 10 minutes before each viewing that my dog be taken out for a walk by my 17 year old son. Which was a brilliant idea because many of the couples who came to view my house wasn't too keen on dogs.

I did however move out of my house into my new home before my house had sold and even them Manning Stainton offered to take over and do the viewings because my dog was no longer in the property. I politely declined based on me enjoying doing the viewings myself and engaging in conversations with the potential buyer's regarding my house and the area Wakefield.

My house sold on the 18th April 2023 I believe I put my house up forsale at the end of February or at the start of March 2023 (my apologies I can't remember the exact month without going through all my emails).

After my house was sold Manning Stainton kept intouch via phone, text messages and emails.

I would recommend this estate agent because they value their customers and provide a 5* service. I never needed to ring up their office for updates they always got intouch first.

It turns out another party put a higher offer since my offer accepted

I have withdrawn I won't enter a bidding war
