Manning Stainton South Leeds Lettings were professional and responsive throughout. They use a number of automated platforms for much of the process, which helps to speed things up. What I thought was a great experience at the start went all pear shaped. Had a viewing booked with a confirmation. No one showed up to the property, no one informed me about of any changes. I have texted and left a voicemail for the office to get back to me. No response. Very disappointed.

I needed a new place, preferably in Leeds, to continue with my treatment for major illness. I needed a place urgently.

She listened to my predicament and then, very quickly arranged for me to attend a viewing the next day.
