Any questions I had he was happy to answer and always called me with frequent updates to arrange viewings etc, if you sell with this estate agent and have Habib as your negotiator you’ll have the best support!!

I have used Manning Stainton for a number of years, from both a rental perspective and most recently selling a property. Service was excellent, kept me updated and there were a pleasure to deal with.

Our sale took 7 MONTHS! To complete. There was very little interaction from their so called “ move managers”just the odd 5word email or quick thirty second call on Friday afternoon to make it look like they were doing something! To my mind This company did very little to warrant their HUGE fee!
