I have showed interest in a couple of their properties but no one has responded to my emails? I wonder if they are not serious in renting out their properties or they aren't responding to my emails due to their own reasons?

I had a really positive experience with Manning Stainton while viewing a property in Leeds. Janice Freeman (the agent i met) was absolutely lovely, professional, friendly and very helpful throughout.
She clearly understood what we were looking for and took the time to listen. She even arrived before I did and was already there ready for the viewing, which I really appreciated. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and pleasant while still being very professional.
Thank you, Janice, for being so welcoming and helpful. You gave me a very good impression of Manning Stainton and made the viewing experience a genuinely positive one.
