It did take quite a while to find a buyer for our property and, at times, I did feel I had to work hard to get updates/contact the Moortown team. Once the property sold, I cannot fault the service we received from Gemma and Rochelle. They kept in regular contact and were proactive about chasing solicitors. Everyone I dealt with was professional, kind and friendly.

Very communicative always keeping me updated with progress of sale. Gemma & Rochdale were more proactive and informative.than my own Estate Agent, and Solicitor!

After a miscommunication over a property we were interested in, Tesh the branch manager contacted me directly to address the complaint and proceeded to then try and rectify the issue. Staff friendly. Valuation accurate. Sales blurb average and needed quite a lot of adjustment and checking. Communication from sales rep very good. Sale went through quickly.

My first encounter with such lovely caring Estate Agents. The eagerness to help is truly second to non!!. You would printout emails for me when I was not able to read from my mobile due to eye problem. Small print or getting dark i do not see well!!

Just had good experience buying home with the team in Moortown, in particular Becky Rosenberg who led on it.

We were in a long chain and the Manning Stainton team were wonderfully calm and collected throughout. Their level of communication during the final few weeks when we came up against the odd hiccup was really appreciated and helped reassure us that all was in hand. Thank you to the whole team!
