Charlotte was great and worked very hard to help bring to completion a quite complex sale. She kept me informed all the way through and I am very happy with the service I received

We had quite a stressful long sale due to a number of factors but when it came down to the last chance of getting the sale/purchase over the line Sara Wilson in particular was brilliant. I was waking up to emails before 9am with updates and we felt reassured that Sara was doing everything she possibly could to help. The Wortley branch were always friendly and polite (Alex in particular) and whilst the whole process was extremely taxing it ended with a really positive outcome. Thanks!

Very efficient service throughout. Communication was excellent and I was kept fully updated on what was going on with the seller at every stage. The process felt smooth and well managed. Highly recommended.

Great service from beginning to end
Friendly staff and was updated with progress all the way

Alex from Manning Stainton (Beeston Branch) has been really helpful and made us really comfortable in our first property journey. Welcoming and free to talk to with any queries or concerns. Thank you Alex!

Our experience as buyers with Manning Stainton has been a positive and seamless experience, from offer to completion. Ivona was great with communication between us and vendor to get offers agreed and handed us over to Sabrina who efficientiently kept the sale moving along, keeping us updated every step of the way. They whole branch are efficient at arranging follow up viewing or access for surveys etc making the whole experience run like clockwork. Thanks

Would just like to say Sara Wilson has kept me upto date at all times and it has been a pleasure dealing with her.

Sara Wilson was our move manager and she was brilliant from start to finish! Lots of frequent updates and communication kept us well informed of how the sale was progressing, she was polite and friendly every conversation and was very knowledgable! She made what can be a very stressful time more manageable! Thank you Sara

The people at Manning Stainton were very helpful through the whole process of our sale & kept us up to date every step of the way. Sabrina deserves a mention as she was kindness itself & went out of her way to help. She deserves more than 5 stars ! I think Manning Stainton are first class Estate Agents.

Sabrina was brilliant, contacted us when she said, was helpful and felt like she was on our side when the buyer tried to take the piss on day of completion. The solicitor we had were not so good and think referred by you.

It was very fantastic

Sarah at Manning Stainton made my experience as a first time buyer amazing, she was there for me when I had any questions and has been super helpful with solicitors etc. Sarah has absolutely been my rock throughout this and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! Thank you so much Manning Stainton for helping me buy my first home ❤️

Sabrina was amazing always very helpful and constantly kept me informed and worked her socks off to get my sale completed so much appreciated thank you

Great experience, super fast and responsive, have completed the sale (with Sara Wilson) is less then 3 months, highly recommend 👌

Sara from Manning Stainton was an absolute godsend! It was a rocky road to exchange, with our original buyer being unable to obtain a mortgage. Manning Stainton were on the ball with getting us another buyer straight away. Sara was our Move Manager and kept us up to date throughout, and continually chased and kept the chain together during times of turbulence. Can't thank Manning Stainton enough, and particularly Sara!

Excellent service from start to finish - knocked a star off because the solicitors they recommended were having staff difficulties at the time and that made life very difficult but MS were very efficient and I would highly recommend

Used Manning Stainton a few times now, this time I bought a property to rent out, Sabrina from the Beeston branch was very helpful throughout the process, thank you.

Manning Stainton were truly understanding of my personal needs and dealing with a financial deputy, they made the entire process as smooth and easy for me and my partner who’s moving all the way from 90 miles away and I’m a fully functioning but brain injured woman.
