Was offered a 10% discount but was charged the same for a small box as I was previously charged for a large one.

For failure to read the Terms of the promotion and passing off your small box as an extra large box to secure a 10% discount, we rejected, refunded and banned you from using our services.
Our existing customers are well aware of our special pricing deals for shipping extra large or large boxes hence you need to ship either of these sizes to be eligible for the discount.

Fred is an amazing guy
Fred is an amazing guy. He arrived when my box was not ready. He said....Don't worry...I will get it sealed up for you when I get to the warehouse. I was not sure it was the right thing to do but I trusted him.True to his words, my box got home to Accra Adenta...safe and everything intact and under 4 weeks.

The personnel who picked the item was friendly and nothing was too much to ask.
He was careful when uploading the boxes in the van using the lifting support provided by the company.
He explained what was were expected of me to do in simple terms.

I booked a pickup from Ghana for a box to be delivered to me in Accra from the UK.
The Rep at the Ghana office was very professional and explained the whole process to me.
I was also impressed with the feedback even when the pick up was delayed.
