Communication and stay was seamless and super easy. We could always communicate and talk to someone if we needed. We booked the villa months before our stay and were a little nervous since it was an international travel. The villa was amazing and the staff was so kind. They even came to give us a tour of the place when we first arrived! We mainly worked with Claudia, and she was so sweet! It really was too good to be true!

Claudia was very helpful and professional - a pleasure to work with. And the home we rented was wonderful. Perfect with kids. The one thing that could improve the experience would be to have more driver options at short notice. It is hard when traveling abroad to know exactly when you might need transportation, so I think it could help to have trusted drivers that could be ready on short notice versus having to book way in advance. Otherwise, the experiment all around was great!

I recently rented a villa from Mallorca in Pollensa
I recently rented a villa from Mallorca Collection. The booking process was seamless. I dealt with Claudia
who was great! The Villa was clean and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities including a lovely pool, tennis court and Wi-Fi. Customer Service was outstanding. Claudia was available to answer our questions and made our stay enjoyable.

The best experience we could’ve asked for
We stayed at the Zaffiro Villa in Port de Soller for our wedding in May this year. It was absolutely beautiful, in a beautiful location between the hills and only a short walk down the hill to the port where there’s bars and restaurants.
The villa is just breath taking - a combination of modern and historic! And the staff were so attentive - From start to finish we were well looked after, and our family and friends enjoyed the most special time.
We couldn’t have asked for any better - It was everything we dreamed of for our wedding.

Really wonderful stay
The property we stayed in was beautiful, modern, well equiped and clean throughout.
Communication with the employees was expectional and special thanks to Judit for being so helpful from the moment we enquired about the property.

The professionals at Mallorca…
The professionals at Mallorca Collection were very patient with me while selecting a villa on Mallorca. We had a very specific need of 5 x king bedrooms near town. They found it for us, and it was perfect! The staff also made recommendations and reservations on beach clubs, restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation assistance. Highly recommend this group for your villa booking needs. Shout out to Judit and Claudia who were the two with whom we worked. ❤️❤️

Great from start to finish
The whole Mallorca Collection team was a pleasure to deal with including the booking process, the concierge's assistance with scheduling activities, and meeting us at the villa to greet us. Magical Mallorcan Holiday
Our holiday was absolutely fantastic! The MC team was responsive and courteous from the start of our planning. The concierge service team worked to ensure that we felt comfortable with all of our plans, and that we had everything we needed for a joyful time. Cannot imagine arranging without them.
