Excellent communication. Great villa. Clean and well maintained. Very professional.

The house was lovely, but a bit smaller than the pictures make it seem, but the pool is even bigger. The kitchen is very well equiped as well. We jad a great stay here.

Nice villa but disappointed to find that basic things such as bin bags, kitchen paper, cloths and washing up liquid were not provided. We purchased these and have left them for other guests (which I’m sure others will have done) hence our surprise at their absence.

We were also surprised that there was no welcome pack. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a rental property that doesn’t provide at least a couple of tea bags to get you started!

This did slightly take the shine off our arrival as it’s an inconvenience. These things aside though the villa itself is good. Beds are comfy, good size rooms and kitchen well equipt. Outside area and pool is also nice.

Ants and mosquitos were however a problem and again mosquito coils and ant powder would have been a welcome sight in the cupboards.

We would recommend this villa to others but would suggest the owners let people know in advance that no supplies are provided.

The villa is a great location and is a wonderful building However it is not child friendly with an open marble and glass staircase We had to put a sofa across the stair well. The kitchen was great but the hob was broken and the kitchen utensils were basic at best with broken frying pans no serving dishes not enough mugs or glassesToo tiny kettles and a tiny coffee machine For this villa to be a luxury one the kitchen needs a major look at We were given two t towels for 12 peopleThere was no spare linen. There was no local information in the folder like the beautiful beach just up the road and no information about restaurants We paid a high price for a luxury building without the luxuries one would expect inside .

Our accommodation at Gallado in Polenca was beautifully appointed and set in quiet surroundings about 10 mins from the village. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was essential and very welcome. The pool was amazing, as was the BBQ area. We thought more small touches would have been nice, like salt and pepper, may be a bottle of sangria, milk or bread on arrival.

Mallorca currently suffers from the scurge of the Tiger Mosquito, these tiny insects feed day and night and really made us suffer. We felt there was more that could have been done at our villa. There were no mosquito nets on the doors or windows. No Insect repellent left at the property, although the aroma plugs were there, no refills. We also had a wasps nest and they would gang up on us at lunch time, we found out on the last day the secret is to give them their own plate of food away from yours and let them feast.

Our check out day was Saturday at 10am. However the groundsman arrived at 07.30 to prepare for the next arrivals, we thought that was a bit unfair for what we consider to be a premium holiday experience.

In summary, for a Villa in this price bracket we expected a little bit more WOW.

This is no reflection on the Mallorca Farmhouse booking experience, which was seamless and to be fair we could have called our rep at any time and I am sure they would have been happy to help.

Lovely Villa, great location, difficult to find first time, peaceful and all the comforts you could want from home, WIFI great, if you want action and drinking this is not the place for you, you need a car.

Bathrooms could do with an update and could and should put down treatments to stop ants and mosquitos buy hey it's a hot country. Great memories and overall restful holiday, just what we required.

We rented Cal Rei Petit with Mallorca Farmhouses over the summer and what a DISASTER! It was our second time renting that property and found that two years on the house had significantly deteriorated (rusty bathrooms and radiators, shower with no pressure, dishes coming out greasy from the dishwasher despite soaking and soaping them before putting them in, ants everywhere, air con not working properly and not at all in the main bedroom). To crown it all, a new property has been built next door with no access to external power, so we were subjected to the noise of a generator 24/7. Not only was it loud by the pool, you could feel the vibrations inside the house.

We complained to the local representative and to the main office directly and were told that “it’s the first time the generator next door is on” and that there is nothing they can do about it and that for the rest of the house problems, they had “contacted the maintenance company”, which did not come once during our two weeks stay.

Bottom line, avoid this company and that particular property at all cost if you want a pleasant holiday and quality for what you pay for!

Just back from 2 weeks in Majorca, stayed at apartment Cati in Cala D'or. Accommodation was excellent, well located, very clean, serviced twice a week. We have visited many times, so the rep is on call if needed, but doesn't turn up unannounced. Have used Mallorca Farmhouses several times, never had an issue with any of their villas or apartments

We had a wonderful time in the Mallorca Farmhouse .
Value for money: it was very good but a rented car is necessary.
We had an issue with ants both in kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom on our first day. I contacted Julie who suggested I go to the supermarket to pick up a spray , this as I pointed out to her was a management responsibility and not a renters. We did however pick something up and Julie also called by late afternoon with a spray. Her spray was very strong and could only be used outside for health reasons however not useful for bedroom or bathroom. I did come across some black boxes inside which I believe were for ants, they need to be replaced as they were empty. Sink in kitchen became blocked and needed my husband to release twice. Dishwasher did not work. Met Tony, the owner, who was delightful. However I do not accept that it is fair that a notice informing renters that on Friday afternoon, from 4 pm, the garden and pool area are reserved by the gardener and Tony for work?
However on a positive note: the garden, pool area are beautifully maintained and the house was great too . It is relatively peaceful and one has the choice to join the crowd down in Port de Polenca or relax beside the pool.

A beautiful villa with great facilities. We were a family of 6 so lots of room and space to escape the crowd. Indoor areas of good quality, the pool is great and the kitchen/outdoor eating area terrific
Location is excellent - 5 mins to Pollensa and 10 to the port
When we had a couple of minor hitches the agency sent someone around within a couple of hours - so excellent service

Amazing property, lots of space and decorated to a very high standard. Great location too, close to shops and beautiful beaches, a superb choice for anyone looking for the luxury experience in Mallorca

Just returned from a very enjoyable week at Villa Sergi, a traditional rustic house just outside Pollensa. Great communication and directions from Mallorca Farmhouses - thanks. Travelled with family (2 adults and 3 teens) and the house was a good size. Husband and myself slept upstairs in the master double room and teens downstairs with their own shower room. Comfy beds and great showers. The house is in a good location - a 5 minute drive to pollensa old town for great restaurants etc. and a 10 minute drive to Port de Pollensa for cafes, beach etc. 2 minute drive to Lidl very handy! We were hoping to be able to walk into Pollensa town but it was a longer walk than we imagined (a good 25/30 mins).
We loved the swimming pool and the very attractive garden - lovely! Being able to sit outside on the terrace and eat breakfast or lunch with the smell of jasmine and the mountain view was super. The back of the house not so attractive. Not such an issue as we didn't go round there, but the noise from the crowing roosters every morning was slightly annoying. The maid came on Tuesday to clean and change towels which was great. Garden/Pool guy came twice and tidied outside which was also helpful.
A few suggestions: air conditioning timer was from 6pm-4am. Perhaps in the height of summer it could be on for longer? We had some very uncomfortable, hot nights. A few things we couldn't find in the kitchen... dustpan and brush, oven gloves, oven tray and only 1 shelf in the oven? Also think that the microwave could do with updating. I think the sofas and some of the sunbeds have seen better days too, perhaps consider updating these too. Oh and some more clothes hangers please!

Fantastic house in Cala Sant Vincent! Everything was super simple and easy to access and the house itself was fantastic for my family. Quiet area only a stones throw from the beach but perfect to retire to in the evenings. Definitely book again

Excellent service when booking through Mallorca Farmhouses, very helpful staff and immediate responses to questions asked. We have visited the villa before and it was beautiful - we hope to return next year.

What a lovely situated villa with a nice pool and spacious outdoor areas, well appointed living areas and bedrooms but like a previous reviewer has said it is let down by several annoying things. Yes the kettle needs replacing, the refuse bin is broken, no batteries in TVs remote controls in both house and Casita. Tea towels were not changed midweek when maid changed towels, Sun beds were mouldy and needed pressure washing, outside shower tap was seized up, a few mismatched parasols but no stands for them! The cutlery needs evaluating as no large serving spoons. Flickering lights in Casita. Why is there no kettle in the Casita when there is a fridge? We were declined a request for one. However these are all minor issues compared to the one to do with keys. The door to the Casita could not be locked only the outer door! On our last day we could not get into the property as due to a power cut the remote for the gate was affected. 12 of us were locked out in torrential rain until a guy turned up and had a key to a side gate and we were all able to get in . Surely there should be a key for this gate, what if there had been a medical emergency in the house and the gate had failed how were we supposed to get out. A very serious omission which needs sorting. Power was eventually restored to part of the house only and the Casita remained without power until we left the next morning. I don't know how this stands with Mallorcans health and safety regulations. Having said all this we had a very enjoyable stay at Es Jardi but these issues need addressing now .

Very nice house. Great standard and spacious social areas and bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Nice pool area and evening view from the terrace. Contact with house manager was easy and smooth.

The house is a farmhouse so it's a 10 mins drive to nearest village S'Horta. The ocean and Cala d'Or is 15-20mins drive
