Hi Therese. Sorry to hear it took so long to arrive. The shipping option selected on your order is "untracked" where it states it takes 2-5 business days to arrive. This is due to An Posts schedule, so once it's with them without a tracking number we can't trace it. However if you had ordered it with our courier it would have arrived much faster.

I love Maktus!
Maktus is a fantastic webshop. I very much like it. Not only are the products a lot of fun, they also ship orders very fast and the website is very good.
