Avoid this company like the plague, purchased a mercedes GLC,finance company paid out but when came to delivery date the car didn't turn up,when asked where it is I was told the car has a gear box fault, but will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Checked in on Monday was told rudely it's not happening then no further communication.
Finance company are now pursuing the company for the funds as they don't have any money.

Bought an Audi Q3 nothing but issues absolute bunch of cowboys and con men avoid like the plague because that's what they are

‼️⚠️AVOID this so called “dealership” ‘MAGNA MOTORS WARRINGTON UK’ they are absolute con artists.

90% of the ‘good 5*’ reviews are left by the 2 co- owners, their sisters, family and friends.

This company was once called ‘Elvi Global’ and the awful reviews and court cases in this company’s former name is absolutely SHOCKING.

They also claim “every car comes with a passed MOT and service”
YES a service & MOT done by a dodgy Albanian garage in a back alley in Manchester (who is also owned by one of the co-owners)

I truly do regret purchasing my car and it has truly taught me a life lesson to research HEAVILY beforehand.

So PLEASE avoid this dodgy corrupt company who will sell you a death trap of car.

I placed a deposit down on a car nearly a month ago. The car went to the garage be repaired only to have more issues than originally thought. I was promised my deposit back. Still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed, left voicemails and called numerous times. At this point I’m considering solicitors.

Absolutely terrible experience — I wish I’d read the reviews before buying.

I bought a car from Magna and had it delivered. Within just a few days, I contacted them to return the car and request a full refund. My request was rejected due to their “company policy,” even though I was well within my consumer rights timeframe.

To make matters worse, the delivery driver damaged the seat during drop-off. I was told by Alex from Magna that they would cover the repair, but after getting a quote and passing it on, Alex rejected it. Eventually, I was given £1,000 to sort it myself, but this didn’t even cover the full cost of repair.

When purchasing the car, I was assured it had partial service history — I'm still waiting to receive it. Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered.

This entire process has been frustrating, dishonest, and disappointing. It’s clear they are not interested in customer care once the payment is made. They come across as cowboys — cutting corners and passing the buck whenever possible.

Avoid at all costs. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

After car was sold numerous problems , suspension dropping on the car, taken back once to be told it’s normal.This problem still not resolved. After a small scuff on the paint a mechanic looked under the bonnet and found lights where not even attached properly and the car had damage to paint work on left side.
Behind the grill had been filled with filler. Car was sold on pcp so expected a car fit for purpose.

The garage is useless and only care about selling cars , they definitely don’t check them before sale . Avoid at all costs potentially to fix problems £2500 . Trading standards will be involved. After paying 17k for the car I offered for them to buy the car back for 13k which was refused.

Do not deal with these idiots. Leo the guy that runs the place is a complete liar along with the rest of his staff. They sold me a Mercedes A45 which had £3000+ worth of damage, not to mention missing wheel nuts. I drove 3 hours to get the car with one wheel on the back right having only 1 secure wheel bolt. They sold the car to me that day with an illegal tyre, when asked where I could get a tyre they simply left me to my own devices to find one in a town I did not know. When I finally rejected the car they had 2 weeks to pay the finance company back. This took 5 weeks for them to pay back. They told multiple lies. These type of traders are what give the trade a bad name. Please don’t buy of them, at the very least take a mechanic with you to check the car as they don’t check the cars are actually safe to drive before leaving there allotment.

BEWARE!!!!
Do not hand over any deposit unless you are absolutely sure, as you will have a fight trying to get it back just as we are!!
It's a fight we will not be backing down on!!!

Leo was very quick to answer emails enquiring about a car but not those following up on the warranty I was supposed to receive in an email.
The car had sensors unclipped & bolts missing from the engine. Once put in place the engine warning light came on & we needed to replace the fuel pump, radiator & rear bushes. We also needed to flush the gearbox & add new DSG sump oil & the air-conditioning needed repairing.
Don't listen when they say the cars are all checked before putting up for sale. It's a lie.
