I cannot get over how amazing the tech service is. I called and Ron immediately answered the phone and walked us through the installation of our remote door lock. His instructions and explanation was so thorough that we were able to wire our magnetic lock by ourselves within minutes. Thank you so much, Ron.

These guys were excellent to work with as I had a very old electronic latch that was no longer in production. They requested pictures and measurements of the old latch which they reviewed with team members to selected the right replacement. I forgot to order the plate and they contacted me to let me know how to correct. These guys are outstanding to work with and I highly recommend them.

Only offer a 30 day return, regardless if its unused. This makes a new commercial build construction job very difficult unless the contractor places the order and can determine the exact day of install. $700 down the drain and they could care less that is still in the box unused.
