Ordered my sons bike
Ordered my sons bike ! Neomain for £ 379 , due to my son having his last one stolen from him so this was to replace the stolen one so as you can imagine my son was over the moon when it came ... didn’t last long as they had sent 2 crank arms with no thread in them, rang up about this and they said they will send new ones out .. these came 2 days later only to open the box and find 2 black crank arms in there, ( should have been same colour as bike !!) rang them AGAIN to be told sorry they don’t have any to match the bike :-( put these crank arms on only to find they had sent 2 of the same side crank arm so when my son pedals one of his pedals fall off !! :-( ... son then came to me saying his bike was making a funny noise it was his spokes not tight enough in both wheels! So still hasn’t been able to ride his bike! by this time I’d had enough . Emailed about all these problems and all I got back was not there problem after 1 day of the bike being road !!! Not very good customer services really when you spend nearly 400 pound on a bike and get told tuff basically !! Then took the bike to Halfords to pay to have it fixed and they were disgusted in how loose the spokes were and after I explained my other problems with the bike they said to send the bike straight back and request a replacement or money back! My son is a massive lover of his bike but I will never buy from you again !!!! All you had to do was stop and think there is a lot that has gone wrong on this bike I think we need to do a straight swap for a new one and you would have had a fab review! Ermmmm no we were NOT happy about it at all !!! We were told you had none of the original ones any were couldn’t get them from any were !!! So what were we ment to do use the bike with his feet on the floor ?? And yes you did send a t-shirt out thanks !! Made up for such a balls up of a bike !!! Really starting to wind me up now !! So explain why you sent 2 of the same crank arms ? Let’s hear your excuse for this one ... I suppose we called and I said oh don’t worry about it I’ll just keep getting him to put the peddle back on each time it falls of did I ? ... look there is no excuse for allllll the things gone wrong on this bike ... now your not prepared to put this bike right so stop making excuses up ... sons had his bike weeks now not been able to ride it because of all your mistakes!! Your not prepared to sort the mess out so like I said won’t buy from your selves ever again !!

Hi Kelly,
Thanks for the review.
The same day from receiving word of your first issue, we had replacement on order. As discussed over the phone you were happy to receive the black cranks and we also sent out a free of charge teeshirt and stickers.
We have no correspondence from yourself stating that the incorrect side was sent.
As stated in the terms and conditions, spokes are something that needs to be check by the customer.
"Spokes
When you get your bike, the spokes have not been pre-stressed. Your wheels were built by automated machines and machines can sometimes make minor mistakes, check all your spokes are tight. If any are very loose carefully tighten them. First remove the free play (wobble) from the spoke, then carefully tighten to a similar tension as that of the looser spokes in your wheel. Note: If you over tighten what was a loose spoke it can often cause the wheel to buckle As your wheels bed in, you may find some of the spokes become loose. The best way to deal with a wheels bedding in, is to regularly put a 1/4 turn on each spoke after riding (especially the rear wheel). This will keep them tight & your wheels true (running straight). Once the spokes have passed their bedding in stage (stretching) you should not have to tighten spokes very often. If your wheel is buckled you can true the wheel by finding the bend in the rim & applying tension to the correct spokes to pull the rim back in line. This is a relatively skilled procedure & we recommend that you at least follow some of the tutorial videos on youtube: search ‘true bicycle wheel’ "
Thanks again for the review anyway.

Bad quality, great service
The bikes are bad I break a part every month, my friend bought a bike to another company and he never had broke parts and another my friend also bought my same bike and his bike usually breaks parts, I would not suggest to buy theese bikes, there are cheap but you need to replace new parts and it costs more than buy a good bike. However the customer service is great.

Looks great however stem bolts and brake bolts where very tight this can be seen as a good thing but I’m a brakeless rider and I decided to try to take the brakes of but couldn’t due to how tight the bolts where overall such a great bike and is light weight.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for the review and glad to hear you like it.
Have you tried using a decent length allen key on it? it may just require a bit of additional leverage.
I would pop in to your local bike shop if you do feel a little unsure doing this though.

Hi there,
Thanks for the review.
As it states in our terms and conditions which you have to agree to in order to purchase with us, a PRI check must be carried out by a qualified bicycle shop, this will then qualify you for the warranty.
Im sorry that you feel we have not honored our warranty, i can assure you that for genuine warranty issues we will cover parts no problem.
Please send us an email if you have any questions at all as we would really like to help you out.

Very happy with the product and service. Bike came quickly and reasonably priced.
Only thing is sort the material the brake pads are made out of as when wet they squeak very loudly and no matter what you do you can’t get rid of it. My sons friends have the same issue. I’ve had to replace with different ones which now don’t squeak.

Hi James,
Thanks for the review.
I know you said you have since bought new pads however just incase the noise occurs again try searching for "toeing in brake pads" look for some how to videos and this should help with brake noise.
