Mafia Bikes Recensioni

Purchased a mafia blackjack online for my sons birthday
Good delivery time arrived nice and early.
When I finally took it out of the box to put it together the bike had a fault with the front cog .
Wasn't impressed so went through the warranty route .sent pics and video and was soon sorted .
Mafia sent a replacement cog and that was fitted by my local bike shop
Good solid bike . Shame it wasn't checked over properly to save the aggro .
Good after sales service . Highly recommend

Bike arrived with chips/holes in the bike frame

ordered a chonky and it came with a broken brake and is very dangerous to ride. However i love the design and feeling of the bike but the brake let it down

Extremely happy. Gorgeous bike, not a single mark on it. Daughter loves it. Husband going to order himself one. Fast delivery, just a great buying experience. Made my girls Christmas. Thanks guys, you’ve definitely got recommendations from us!

Had a bad experience last year but after a call today from Danny who explained things and apologised I now feel confident in mafia bikes and look forward to shopping with them again!

Great product with knowledgeable and helpful staff, excellent experience but would definitely purchase from again

More than happy to positively ‘review’ Mafiabikes. I have a 10 yo passionate about riding - he clearly knows more than me -so I took advice from the team and made my purchase. Just received the delivery today well in time for Xmas. Well done Mafiabikes. Keir you are a star!

I purchased a Kush 2 for my daughter. I phoned for advice as i know nothing about BMXs, the person I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. It arrived promptly and undamaged. Very pleased with the service and product. Thank you.

Ordered Sunday night arrived first thing Tuesday morning arrived well packaged and not a mark on it everything looks and feels very good we've brought this as a Christmas present so not vern used yet but my husband has had s try and he says it's a good solid bike.. we will be purchasing more for the rest... fantastic service thank you... *****

I recently purchased a mafia blackjack D with my birthday money expecting a fun affordable bike. Instead I received a bike which the brake does not work and has to be pulled for about a minute for it to work and then if not pulled for a few minutes doesn’t work this is very dangerous as I was riding a trail and crashed into a tree because the brake did not work. Not impressed Mafiabikes😡

Massive shout out to Danny (manager) who helped me out after I had an issue placing an order online. 😁😁 Such a sound guy. Managed to get my order place in time for Xmas. Happy birthday to your topdog 🐶🐶.

The are dedicated bikers and know their stuff.

Definitely recommend buying from Mafia bikes and they have an amazing discount too.

Big shout to Harry Main for mentioning this on his YouTube vids.

Poor service, sent wrong colour, bike arranged for collection to be told they won't come as arranged. So now we have to wait another day. Bad attitude and to top it off, they won't send the correct colour bike, until the wrong one is collected.
Poor Poor Poor service Mafia
And reading trust pilot after we purchased, it seems you are consistently poo.

i have had 5 mafia bomma 29 ich n it has been a dream i know there break but ever bike breaks but it aint alot to do work done on it

Do NOT BUY ANY MAFIA BIKE.THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY JUNK.trust me I've been rideing since I was able to ride .now 52 still rideing. I've heard horror storeys with rhis junk from tiawan..buy a decent bike from the start..DONT BELIEVE THE FAF THEY TELL YOU..I CALL THEM THE HOSPITAL BIKES..

Extremely disappointed! The breaks are garbage, wheels and sprocket aren’t true. Want my money back. I’m expecting a refund immediately.

Bought some t-shirts on Wednesday evening and arrived today.
Great communication.

Purchased a mafia chenga bike £650 for my son for christmas 2020, the souped up version and the frame has cracked. looking at other posts on the internet it has happened a few times on the same model of bikes, and after consulting an engineer and looking at photos of numerouse broken frames in the same place it was clear to him it was a manufactured fault that the aluminium had been bent and weakened the strength of the frame stay clear from mafia bikes we have been fobbed off with a plain black frame and now my child has no bike till we pay to have it all swapped over on a frame he doesn't even want

I have a Medusa and nearly everything is broken, the bottom bracket has popped so the cranks move, the cranks have fused together and I can't remove them, both wheel axles are bent, bars are bent, forks are bent, it cost 450 and will cost alot to repair it.
They are decent bikes but I feel I can't justify the bike breaking constantly

Does anybody know if I can replace 26" wheels with 27.5" on a mafia medusa wheelie bike ?, only asking as all 26" wheel sets are out of stock thanks.

Hello,
I order a Mafia bike one May the 27th. It got delivered 2 days ago in the afternoon/night. I mounted every single piece on the BMX (Mafia Kush 2+ 20"). But the experience itself was not great at all! I tried the bike yesterday at a park nearby. At one of the hills, my pedals broke... I did not do any tricks yet even tho I wanted to. I was just practicing at first. I walked home and couldn't fix it. I could find one of the pieces that fell off, but couldn't find the other one. I hope that the Mafia Bike team could send me a new one. email me for any pictures or further information.
