Made of Wood Ltd Recensioni

Kevin and the rest of the team at Made of Wood deliver an outstanding service - very responsive, competitively priced and a wonderful product. Highly recommend!

The order of cork edging arrived quickly and was of high quality and finished my wood flooring off properly.

Used this company when renovating house. Bought the stair biding on two occasions. Excellent quality and quick delivery. I definitely recommend.

Product exactly as described and arrived very quickly.

Very helpful and efficient. The wood I ordered was delivered in record time and quality was perfect.

Excellent service from Made of Wood, and really lovely products. Our experienced fitters said this is one of the highest quality wood floorings that they’ve seen. Kevin was super helpful answering my questions, and we absolutely love our new floors. This is my second time of using Made of Wood, and I would use them and their product every time. Our kitchen and utility rooms are shaping up very beautifully indeed. Thank you so much

I ordered the lacquer one day and it arrived promptly and well packaged.
Good service.

Prompt service, good communication, great product.

Ordered stair nosing for oak floor, quality product, arrived swiftly, pleased with purchase and how it looks

My lovely oak door knobs arrived in good time and have really lifted the look of my wardrobes, replacing some old fashioned mushroom ones with modern looking, stylish ones…….amazing what a difference a small detail can make!

Never fulfilled the order, no communication, no responsibility and lies

Ordered some wood flooring beginning of July

Failed to come despite a constant "its going to be with you at the end of each week"

They had the flooring in a different pack format but couldn't be bothered to split a pack to fulfill my already late order

After 7 weeks of me chasing them (never the other way) I asked to cancel the order.

Then miraculously they said it had already been dispatched. This is despite the fact that on their own delivery terms and conditions as well as an previous email to me confirming they would not send anything without notifying me first.

Just another lie to keep me waiting.

Would never use again. Awful customer service

Kevin who was my contact throughout was utterly brilliant, helped me in every way.
Even help on price so I could stay in budget.
Anyone looking for flooring these guys are professional, on time and by far the best prices within the market.

They supply F-Ball products which are really good. Bought a liquid DPM from them and it arrived next day. Really easy to use and apply. Very satisfied with the level of service.

Good value for money and fast delivery.

I got the mini scandi-type pulls and they have completely updated my tired looking TV unit and sideboard. It all looks rather expensive now!

I ordered some wooden handles, they were out of stock. A Made of Wood staff member actually called me to explain and gave me a clear timeline of when the handles would be available which was not that long anyway or a replacement option. Usually when this happens there's delay, delay and limited comms. So I was really pleased with the prompt and professional customer service. I opted for a replacement which was actually a bit more expensive but not charged for the difference!
The handles are lovely and really good quality, the company was professional and the staff member that called me was personable and accommodating - thankyou!

Great range, well priced and fast delivery

Excellent service well packaged materials and exactly as described. Will certainly do business again

No issues at all with the product, delivery, communications or service.
