I’ve visited Madame Wax twice now and am looking forward to my next appointment. I’ve never experienced waxing before and each time I’ve been it’s been a good experience with fantastic results carried out by an amazing member of the team in a professional and clean environment. I really could not recommend Madame Wax enough if you’re looking for any sort of waxing treatment they are the place to visit, I’m definitely a regular now

For a first time waxer, I am so glad it was with Madame Wax! From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt so at ease. I was talked through everything in detail, made to feel comfortable, and felt incredible after. Adele did my wax, and I genuinely felt at ease with her, and by the end felt like we'd known each other for years! Such a positive first time wax and can't wait to go back to this gorgeous salon.

I’ve been going to Madame Wax for about 9 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re a league above any other salon, regardless of whether you have a junior or senior. The ladies are all so lovely and make the experience as pleasant as poss!

Everytime I visit I have a great experience - the waxing is thorough and staff professional and friendly. I’m always impressed with how quick they’re able to cycle through appointments! I would come more often if salon was located nearer my home but will occasional book for a treat wax.

My experience at Madame Wax was so relaxing, which sounds odd given the intimate nature of my appointment, but I really was put at ease the entire time. The salon itself is gorgeous, the lady on front desk was a delight and the waxer, who I chose at random and was extremely nervous to bare all infront of, made me feel like we’d known eachother for years. I don’t know how they do it, but waxing has never been so painless.

Easily the best wax experience I’ve had. (And that’s saying a lot because, for a long time, my friend did it!) Liz made me feel totally comfortable. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and funny. I genuinely had a nice time - which is a rare experience when you’re having hair ripped out of your nether regions! 100% recommend.

I've been going to Madame Wax for over a decade and they are consistently professional, cheerful and excellent at what they do. The salon is spotless, beautifully designed and there are nice touches to make sure you feel comfortable. The menu choices make communicating what you want done very easy. Recommend highly.

I've never felt more comfortable getting a wax, I've had several different wax ladies and all of them have been professional and understanding of questions. Their technique ensures you are smooth when you leave can't fault them!

Donna is FANTASTIC!!! Hugely professional, friendly and makes you feel at ease during the appointment. The venue is easy to find and parking is relatively straight forward. I have recommended her to friends.

A lovely welcome on arrival from friendly and professional staff. The treatment is always a little painful, but Donna did a great job to minimise this and make it more relaxing. I’ll certainly be returning.
