Took 4 months to FIND my coat
I was highly recommended and took my neoprene coat to be cleaned with some stains that they claimed they could not remove after they had my coat for 4 months. The coat was dropped off in mid of June and now it is mid of October and I still didn't get my coat back after a screaming match on the phone with them, the person on the phone was very rude and told me it was not her job to track down the coat..God knows whether they have lost my coat and trying to cover up.
They finally located my coat and did not apologize nor was I compensated for my time and aggregation. I didn't trust them to deliver my coat since they lost it once so I called to let them know I will pick it up and the manager was very rude and said "why are you calling again?"
I will NEVER do business with them again nor recommend them, they are expensive and not worth the price with the worse customer service to be charging that kind of prices!
