Maybe it is testament to the power of Trustpilot, after issues with first order, sensible out come was achieved with good grace of the owner of the company.

How rude this company is. They sent me a discount code to use when I didn't check out the other day. The discount code didn't work so I called the office and they denied having any discount codes. When I said I had received the email and who from it was then 'there must be a technical error'. When I asked to speak to the manager the person said he was a manager! I actually had to tell him he wasn't customer friendly and actually quiet rude. Also reluctant to give his name out. For everyone's info. it's Ben and I hope you don't have the misfortune of talking to him. He said he would get someone to call me back but I doubt that will happen. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & ATTITUDE. Would not recommend.

I often use Macro Packaging for my company's boxes, tapes and other packing materials (my most recent order being earlier this month) and have always found them to be honest, quick and reliable.

I ordered some removal blankets at lunch time and the next afternoon my blankets arrived bang on time as the
email I received from macro said. DPD delivered. BRILLIANT!

Ordered boxes for moving house, 10 days later and have now moved house, the boxes never arrived. Emails ignored and when you ring the telephone number they have given to PayPal it simply says they cannot connect you to this call.
I assume they have gone out of business!
I have now opened a PayPal dispute for a refund.

Ordered a bike box and bubble wrap and it arrived very quickly. I even made contact prior to ordering and I received a quick response. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service, placed an order on Friday 5 June and received my goods on Monday 8 June. I ordered a bike box and bubble wrap and it was packaged very well. I even called prior to placing an order and super professional service. Would definitely order any future products with them.

Purchased 3 rolls of bubble wrap from this company for next day delivery however, they came on separate day and were packed so tightly with shrink wrap that they were completely out of shape and would not fit on the dispenser.

Great value for money and super customer service - would highly, highly recommend!

I just reordered my postal tubes that I have been ordering from this company for years, only this time the postal tubes are much thinner and poorer quality than I have had before and they are liable to crush a lot easier while in transit and end up damaging my goods inside. Very poor show i'm afraid. Other than this order I have had nothing to complain about in the past.

Please be careful when buying bubble wrap from this company.
Initially the first two times they will send you the jiffy bubble wrap then they will send you the cheap version.
They will then start giving you excuses about the item.
We as a company only order the Jiffy brand but they sent us the cheaper version and then would not want to accept about not being wrong and they also charged us more for the Jiffy brand.
Be careful !!

Good company as long as things run smoothly, however, using Yodel does bring problems as Yodel do not have an ombudsman like other couriers.

I too have instances when Yodel have stated delivered and signed for when it hasn't been delivered and signed for by a person who does not exist at the delivery address. CCTV is the only proof they will accept and Macro packaging are useless in helping out.

I too wished they changed courier.

Ordered packaging, however, the company using Yodel makes it very difficult when order does not arrive or damaged.
Macro Packaging do not make it easy for themselves as they are told by Yodel that the order has been delivered when it has not and Macro Packaging are unwilling to claim as it makes them look bad with Yodel.
Yodel being the only courier without an ombudsman ! In other words they are a law unto themselves...
