Professional and good communication
Lyons Davidson were appointed to persue our claim following an RTA when the other party refused liability. This was eventually heading to Court (2 years later) when Candela successfully guided us through the process of negotiating a full settlement plus compensation on the eve of the hearing.

My mixed experience with Lyons Davidson Scotland
Once my case was handed over to Caroline Fraser, things were dealt with professionally and relatively smoothly although it took almost 3 years to reach a final closure.
Caroline kept me informed with progress whereas previous solicitors in the company dealing with my case did not and I frequently had to contact them. Well looked after from start to finish
After being injured, I had the services of LDS managing my case and the impeccable Lauren Martin was assigned to look after me.
