I had a problem with my order (my foult) and they "Mark" helped me resolve it. the sheets are terrific. J

Terrible quality product customer service cannot be reached by phone not the thread count as promised. I have tissues thicker. Top sheets are not wide enough and bottom sheets pop off due to thin elastic.

I ordered a full set of 1500 count king size sheets.
This would have gotten an additional star but for the INITIAL customer service I experienced when one of the sheets had a factory flaw. Initially, the response I received was mostly unfulfilled promises but when my complaint was escalated by the supervisor the issue was resolved and I received a second full set of sheets at no charge.
I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Received stained, Thin low grade sheets. Unable to leave a google store review and am convinced the great reviews are fake. Purchased 2 1000 tc egyptian cotton split king sheets while looking for for something comparable to members mark quality. Very disappointed. Google recommended. Emailed twice about returning. No answer. Poor quality, poor customer service

Hi yes it turn out that I ordered the wrong size sheets. I contacted them and they let me return the for the right size. And sent out the right size right away. And there are great sheets for the money. I will be shopping here again.

This is one of the best down comforters I have ever purchased. The filling is genuine down, and I do not feel any feathers poking through. There is no unpleasant smell, and the outer fabric is exceptionally soft and comfortable. Mark from customer service was also very responsive, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I am very happy with both the product and the service.

I ordered the 1500 thread count cotton sheets in the striped pattern, and they were buttery soft right out of the package. I washed them and put them on and felt like I was in heaven. I bought another set today in an 800 thread count cotton because I know the quality is great. I love these sheets and they're worth every penny. Perfection!

The Egyptian cotton sheets I ordered are absolutely beautiful. I ordered the blue which is a lovely subdued shade, it’s stately.
I love them. They are by far the nicest sheets I’ve ever had. They launder well too.

My husband ordered twin sheets by mistake instead of Queen. Mark and crew made the exchange very easy. We got correct sheets in, I washed them and they were on the bed and so comfortable to sleep on. Thank Y’all

This is a total scam company.. they do not send you what they advertise. I have to report them to Visa as scam to reverse the charges.

I want to highly recommend Luxury Egyptian Linens. They have fantastic customer service which is rare in today’s world. Their comforters are high quality and look nice. Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size bed sheet and contacted customer service for assistance. I offered to place a new order for the correct size and requested an RMA to return the incorrect item.

Mark from customer service promptly provided the RMA number and asked me to send him the tracking number for the returned package. As soon as he received the tracking information, he immediately arranged for the replacement package to be shipped.

I am very impressed with the excellent customer service and responsiveness. The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. I am extremely pleased with this company and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

The product is wonderful! The first deep pocket sheets I have found with a flat sheet that is wide enough. Also the customer service we had was exellent. Cotton is soft and luxurious. Do not confuse this company with another that has a similar name. Totally recommend!!!

I bought a set of flannel sheets for xmas they are for a split top king bed. We used them twice and they ripped down the middle. I sent and email and Woooho they offed 30% off. I will never buy from them again what a bunch of garbage.

The duvet cover itself is really nice quality and looks great! Customer service was responsive and willing to work with me when I had an issue with my order. I appreciated their flexibility and communication. Overall a positive experience.
