Fantastic service and attention to my request

I was nervous ordering from Nick, the owner of LuxLux. It was an unusual transaction in that the owner was actually in touch on the phone and by text and email. These days his quality of service seems too good to be true, so I was weary. Nevertheless, since I was paying through PayPal with credit card, I felt protected. Then USPS lost the package (ultimately for one week). I hurriedly filed a dispute with my CC and opened an inquiry with PayPal. There was no need. After 48 hours Nick went out and bought the bracelet at retail and successfully reshipped to me. It is beautiful and exactly as described and brand new. I got a deal. Have no fear to make purchase with Nick. He makes sure you are happy.

From the first communication Nick was kind and professional. Flexible, communicative, efficient and the bag I bought is just stunning. It was well priced and it pristine condition. I have been looking for this bag for over two years and wasn’t planning on buying anything during this crazy period but I decided to treat myself and I am so glad I did.
