Well you should be more correct with the orders especially the international ones ,2 weeks have passed and still haven’t t recieved the parcel

Since this is the first time you have contacted us outside of the the delivery time exceeding what it should, we don’t feel the 1 star review is warranted or fair. We have always been very forthcoming and helpful in responding to your query.
Our customer team is reviewing your query/ parcel and following up with the courier as to where it’s whereabouts is.

Hi Eliska, from what I can see you ordered on January the 17th 2025, this parcel was shipped out to you via international standard delivery on the 18th of January, it can take up to 14 days to reach your country from the United Kingdom to your country. This lash serum is seriously the best in the game. Having used 2 others that are big in the market, they don’t even compare to Lure. Genuinely, after a few days I saw more length, after a month of mostly consistent use, they are so much longer and fuller. The amount you get in a tube is literally unheard of as well! Lasting me ages! Thanks so much Lure.

Absolutely life changing
Absolutely life changing. I got my eyelashes ripped out by a lash curler and this stuff is like holy water it made them grow back longer and thicker than they ever were before 🙏

Best product for long healthy lashes
Saved my lashes literally . after lash extensions i had hardly any lashes left and after just 1 month my lashes are full and long . can’t recommend enough.

10/10 Lash Serum
Honestly I’ve never found a lash serum that works for me until this one, the results I have seen in 3 weeks I can’t get over it! I haven’t experienced any redness around my eyes, and there’s so much new growth! 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be purchasing more!

THE best lash serum in the game.
I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best lash serum I’ve ever tried. There is GUARANTEED growth and within two weeks my sparse lashes and patchy areas grew and filled out by an insane amount. My lash tech and now CEO of LURE has really created a luxury product that actually works. If you want full natural lashes then this lash serum is for you. My friends and family even noticed the difference and they were in shock because they knew how short my lashes used to be! I’ve also been using it whilst having lash extensions and there has been NO impact to my extensions so it’s very versatile! I cannot recommend the product enough
