LUNA PARK K.K. Recensioni 

I recently purchased two figures from them. One was SH FIGUARTS MAJIN BUU GOOD and the other was SH FIGUARTS SON GOKU AND DRAGON 40th ANNIVERSARY EDITION figure. Both reached safely here in India where I live in. The packaging was super strong and the were very responsive to all my mails and messages.
I have placed another order for SH FIGUARTS SUPER SAYAN BROLY EVENT EXCLUSIVE figure. Will share that review soon.

This was my first order with Luna Park. It took a while to ship from Japan to the UK but customer service was very responsive and I got my Transformer Inferno eventually. I'm happy and would use Luna Park again. By the way, there are a few rare items that are priced too high for me so I'll be looking out for discount vouchers in the newsletter ;)

Trust should be the foundation of all business, especially for preordering figures from Japan. If that's what you are looking for, stay as far back away from them as possible. They will break any promise when it's convenient for them. Despite multiple reassurance that they won't go back on their words, they will still do it at the end. Long story short, look else where to save yourself from troubles down the road.

I initially did not follow up after receiving my refund, as the matter was resolved. However, your company contacted me directly via email in September 2024 to apologize for the mistake and inconvenience, offered me a store credit as compensation. At no point during this exchange was I asked to confirm whether I had already received a refund, which I had been granted through PayPal over a month prior. If your billing department lacks the processes to accurately track such transactions, that is an internal issue and not my responsibility.

Acting in good faith based on your apology and offer, I even deleted my previous negative review.

Several months later, I used the store credit to place a pre-order that was scheduled to ship in November 2024. What followed was a pattern of delays, each accompanied by a different excuse that proved to be unfounded. After finally reaching my limit, I requested a refund for the portion I had paid with my own funds (excluding the store credit). This process was then unnecessarily prolonged, taking several more months before the refund was finally issued in September 2025.

If Trustpilot allowed the inclusion of images, I would gladly post the complete email chain to substantiate these claims and demonstrate the consistent misinformation and unprofessional handling of this situation. They have zero honor or dignity, just a bunch of lies and cheats.

Finally, just scroll through their reviews and see for yourself. How many 1 review unverified accounts you see that gave them 5 stars? Take your money somewhere else, and save yourself troubles down the road.

Been a long time customer of Luna Park Store. They have good stocks of rare figures and reasonable prices! Love securing orders from them and getting it faster to be shipped.Highly recommened! Also their customer support is really helpful.

Have bought from Luna Park multiple times and will continue to do so. Great stock options, orders are always packed very well, and are quick to get back if you have any email inquiries. Highly recommended!

good products, the store response very quickly

Expensive merch and luxury treatment. I was able to find something I was searching for on their website. Once I place my order, they communicated on their process and when I can expect it. It came in this week and I couldn’t be happier!

The shop and their support is perfect and there should be more like them. They helped me through problems with the company taking care of the shipping and they're surprisingly responsive, I never had to wait more than an hour to have an answer. 10/10 will order again.

The only negative point that could be made better if it was changed is the shipping company. So I'm not removing a star, the store itself has done nothing wrong and like I said, they're very helpful.

The shipping, was handled by FedEx. It took a full week and fighting with FedEx Customer Service over multiple tickets to finally receive my package.

Apparently FedEx service is pretty mediocre when delivering items to individuals like you and me. So be aware of that possibility

Had a great experience with luna park, communication is definitely the best out of any place I have bought from, everything is packaged safely! Highly recommend. I also seem to find very rare figures for a good price compared to other sites!

What a nightmare experience. I was in japan when i purchased an item from this store. I told them i want to be shipped before i went back to my country. Which they promised. Then they said it cant be done but they dont want to cancel it so it need to be shipped internationally. I told them i dont want because the import tax will be massive. Then they PROMISED its tax free.

Turns out its not. After dragging for 4 months (unbelievable) they said to me to paid for it and solve this afterwards. Then after i paid it they said they cant do anything. Unbelievable nightmare experience.

I have been shopping at Luna Park since May 2023 and I have never had any complaints. I receive my orders promptly and they are well packed.

Excellent experience. I was visiting Japan, and they were able to deliver my figure to my hotel directly. 100% reliable because they communicate well with their customers. Will definitely do business with again!
