Feliz hermosa experiencia

I ordered multiple pre-assembled tissue paper tassel sets. Upon receipt, they were completed compressed in the packaging, and therefore ALL of the tassels had been bent over and were full of wrinkles. Unacceptable. I am sure the product looked great prior to packaging, but you have to package your products in a way that will ensure they still look great upon receipt by the customer. When I chatted on-line with a CS rep to complain about how the tassels looked upon receipt, they offered me a "higher quality" option through a different vendor. Really? If you don't think your product is a quality product, then don't sell it! The other vendor did not have the colors that I need. I would upload a picture if I could, however, I do not see that I am able to do that. Luna Bazaar, you cannot completely flatten this product when you ship it. You need to find an alternative method for packaging this delicate product. Do not order the pre-assembled tissue paper tassels!!

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I had a problem with the online color of some glass votives not being accurate and some breakage of very delicate ornaments, but not due to the packing which is extraordinarily good. They were happy to refund my purchases and since return shipping is free, it was easy and painless. You can't get enough easy and painless these days. My experience with Luna Bazaar was a very pleasant one and I would highly recommend this company.

The paper parasols are very low quality...unfortunately I purchased 5 of them a year ago and did not use one until last weekend. First time out one of the spokes came out of position and punched holes in the flimsy paper...now I'm afraid to try using them...too late to return so screwed out of $50. Never again!

Excellent product, fair price, super unique and fabulous service. The mini flower vase/name plate literally made our party table elegant in a "small touch" kind of way.

Love the product

I was very happy with the quality and amazed at how quickly it arrived.

I received my lotus capiz shell tea light holder sooner than I expected and it was beautifully and safely packed. I was also pleased to see that it was in the right sized box rather than a huge box with tons of padding. Obviously, this company knows how to pack their products.

The candle holder is beautiful. I will return!

Product was OK but shipping fees to Canada were to expensive. Luna Bazaar Charged me over $ 200 for $ 700 cost of merchandise and UPS charged me an other $ 200 . You should find and other cheaper Company. When I buy From US companies they are usually take USPS and everything is perfect. Recently I have tried to buy from you around $150 (Small hanging decoration mercury glass) and you were supposed to charge me near $200 for shipping than I have decided to not buy.
