Very fast an responsive. I didn't expect to get my watch back so I was very pleased when I realised it was found.

A fab service. I emailed them when I was on holiday as soon as I released I had left something. I had a reply within the hour to confirm they had my bag so it was peace of mind for me. Collected it on my return. Easy and straight forward. Thank you.

Tweed jacket left on airplane, called n emailed luggage point next day with no success. 10 days later received emailing saying they had a match, time delay is airport/carrier processed. Luggage point couldn’t be more helpful or quicker. Superb service. Many thanks

Next day it was handed in but the company didn’t contact me.
However it was logged on their website and I claimed it

Quick response to the lost item claim, easy to find in the airport and easy process to retrieve.

Great experience, was given a link where you can search for what you are missing and they give a brief description. Response was extremely quick and thankfully a third party could collect my item. Only down side was that I couldn’t get through on the phone, but online was more than quick enough. Now have a very happy boy who has his iPad back!

At 10pm on a Saturday night, it was just what I needed coming home.

I lost my wedding ring at Glasgow airport. Next day, I found a possible match on their website and made a claim. The employees were so thoughtful and kind and kept my ring until I return from holidays

Really happy, lost our daughter’s doll back in December. Called up and was easy to log - we lost hope and accepted that we lost her doll. Months later I was emailed that they found it. I couldn’t collect it for a couple weeks and they kept it no problem

I also thought my scarf was lost forever, but Jet2 security at Birmingham Airport took it to Luggage point. Daria emailed me back very quickly but it was Lucy who searched three crates to discover it. I am very grateful.

I had left my Kindle on a flight from Amsterdam to Edinburgh --- for sure it was lost. However, after checking on the WWW, i foud that there was a lost and found service at Edinburgh airport. After contacting them and providing details of what I had lost, date, flight details, i was very pleased to hear, in a couple of days, that they had found my lost Kindle. What a great service --i was very pleased. And then, it only took a couple of minutes in Luggage-Point in the airport to retrieve my Kindle ---- yes there is a service fee but it was well worth it to get my lost Kindle back.

An item that I had left at security was quickly found and handed to Luggage point. I am grateful for the staff - Daria who quickly contacted security and confirmed that item had been found. Only downfall is, that they were hard to call during opening hours but once i got through my query was resolved.

I had an amazing experience with Niko at Luggage Point. I had lost my passport and I was in urgent need of it as I was traveling that same day. It was not logged anywhere in the system and the airline was not helpful at all. He went out of his way and searched the entire store room to see if there was the possibility that it was there and not logged. He was able to find it!! Really appreciated his enthusiasm and yearn to help.

I left a kindle on the plane. I contacted luggage point via e mail, they were very quick to respond but at that time they didn't have it. I got asked for details of kindle and was informed that it had now been located and could either collect or could be couriered to me. I chose courier. Within a couple of days it was delivered. Airports get mentioned for what they don't do right so I'd like to give a positive review on what they've done right. From beginning to end they were helpful and extremely professional and I for one can't thank them enough. Well done luggage point
