Life saver w/ great customer support
My account manager advised me to add the LoyLap digital voucher Instagram plug in to my account and so far I’ve reaped the benifits - my community have been able to support my business by buying the vouchers during the pandemic and I’m very grateful for that. The customer support is also excellent.
Technology in today’s world is amazing and LoyLap are the cream of the crop.

Hi Carl, thanks for your review. LoyLap is a self service model, so if a merchant fails to update the inventory they have available to sell online, you will see old content as you say. We're working on future updates to make this easier for Merchants so that you can be sure what you see in app is available to buy. If it works every second day, that's a 50% hit rate, so a 2.5 star, which should be really be rounded up to 3 ;) thanks for the feedback
Probably a scam
I received an email welcoming me to my new Loylap account.
I have never signed up for any such account, and as far as I am concerned, it is a scam.
I am not going to reply to the email, and have forwarded it to my anti-virus provider.

Hey Colin, sorry the email was not clear enough. Did you by chance sign up for any sort of cashless payments in your gym or workplace today? Great loyalty system but needs more…
Great loyalty system but needs more customisation options to tailor the system to work with the specific business. Seems like it is still under development but it is working very well for us so far.
